Xtreme Plumbing and Septic

The guys from Xtreme Plumbing and Septic came out to pump our septic and told us our pump wasn't working. I set up an appointment with their plumber, Dalton, and he was awesome. Instead of trying to sell us a new pump, he told us what was wrong with the pump and the pipes. He fixed the pipes, which fixed the pump, and he did it all in two visits so we could afford it. I don't know much about septic systems, so Dalton could have easily ripped me off, but he took the time to teach me and fix everything the other plumbers messed up. I'll always call Xtreme if I have septic problems. Thanks, Dalton, for teaching me about septic systems and making me feel better about mine.

I got my drain field replaced on 4-28-22 by Xtreme Plumbing and Septic, LLC. They also installed 12 pallets of sod for an extra $3,840. But when they brought the sod, it looked like 1-2 pallets were dead. I called and emailed their representative Jonathan ***, but he didn't seem to care much. I even sent them pictures, but they didn't bother to come and check. Although most of the sod has greened up well, there are still some dead areas and half of my yard is covered in weeds. I just want them to replace the dead sod with fresh, live sod, so it looks like I spent $3840 on it.
