I called regarding a leak on my water heater
I called regarding a leak on my water heater. The owner asked me to send a photo regarding a pinhole leak in my thermal expansion tank on my heater. Upon receiving the photo, he stated the part cost $350, and the service to repair would be "no more than $750- $1000" to replace the piece. The technician arrived and replaced the part in less than 45 minutes and charged my $750 dollars. After he left, a simple google search showed the part with $50 at Home Depot (the exact same tank, and it was in stock and available for same day pick up). Unethical and not honest business practices. This place prays on people looking for help.
