This is to inform and raise a complaint against the fake and fraud number[protected] named rutal sham on truecaller screenshot sent) who called for my ad inquiring for a timberland boots. The same technique he was using he called me in the morning first call at 11:16 am missed call again he called me at 11:17 am and told me that he is sending his boy in the evening he (the boy) don't have money and he will be paying online asked me what I am using for online payment I told him internet banking and google pay, so I so he asked me for a upi pin but he couldn't talk or convey properly when I asked him why upi pin so hurriedly without any word he disconnected my call in between. See everytime when encountered I am notifying of the said cheaters, liar's, fraud and fake buyers to olx these type of fake, fraud, cheaters and liar's should be sacked and thrown behind bars their actual place unnecessarily defaming and ruining olx.

I have been using olx.in for the past few years. I used it few weeks ago and it was working fine.
Suddenly when I tried to login today its showing, your account has been suspended.
Without any reason. Very unprofessional behaviour. They didnt even send any email regarding this.
Atleast send complete justification if you have to take any action. I think the audit team randomly ban account based on their ease.

Hi. I have recently had a very bad experience qith the Brazilian OLX customer service. Someone reported me as being too aggressive in the cat, so they completely banned my account. The person submitting the complaint clearly got favored, and so in OLX Brazil it is a culture to report accounts. If someone drops a bad word, banned email, phone number, I complained and demanded an explanation, as my use of the words had been justified, ( i had only used the same qords the other person used against me). Two weeks later, case unsolved, I change my phone nu!ber, and completely ban my second account. Hyper agressive !aniacs on steroids. My email account used was [protected]@gmail.com

Since past few months olx is putting ban on gennuine user accounts..people using olx in my family, my neighbours using olx and my colliques using olx are facing the same issue.
When we call olx on their helpline or safety number ie;[protected] or [protected] olx executives say that there is a bug or issue in their system due to which many accounts are getting bannded or suspended.The point is that if so many account on olx are getting suspended so by paying premium of 1999 and so for posting ads doesnt make a difference because many accounts are suspended so if so many accounts are suspended how will people see or buy my product?i had even asked for refund but no response from olx...they just say a typical statement that due to system bug accounts are getting ban or suspended(i have recordings and proof for the same)

one of my friend called me to accept payment from someone through phonepe application. the anonymous person named vikas patel having phone no 7037648978 had send me upi link on my whatsapp number [protected] to accept payment through phonepe app. then he again and again sent me phonepe qr code which i assumed to have been sent to me for receiving multiple payments. i initially received rs 5000 into my citi bank account (account number [protected]) but then this amount got deducted and further my account got deducted by rs 19768 and rs 19786. the fraudulent told me that while returning this amount the transaction is getting failed and asked me to use different bank account. i used my sbi bank (account number [protected]) to accept payment but again rs 10000, rs 5000, rs 5000, rs 5000, rs 10000, rs 19760 were debited from my sbi account. i asked the caller to return me the money that he took from my account but instead of returning me the money he was sending me phonepe qr code to accept payment. on my objection to do any transaction through phonepe qr code he disconnected the call and switched off his mobile phone. it is my humble request that total amount of rs 59760 (sbi account) maintained at sansadiya soudha branch code 03702 and citi bank account number [protected] amount totaling to rs 44536 may please be recovered and credited to my respective accounts.
This Vikash Patel is a fraud person and he has done many fraud in the past and when you search about him in www.google.com you will find complete information and you can also check www.youtube.com you will find the videos for his fraud stories. Vikash Patel identifies himself as an Army person but I doubt he is not an army person. There are may people there along with him doing fraud everyday. OLX may claim that this person has been blocked then also this person need to be caught. Indian people will provide full support to get this person in jail.

Kindly consider my complaint, One month before they are put the ad for the Macaw selling price is 2500 that was negotiable then after one week they put thousand 500 and after that they're giving free of cost and I just message for that ad and he told me That is free of cost and He told is left female is now available, i told him it's OK I need the female Macau and they agreed . Then he make the procedures and he given [censored] medical certificateI thought that was true after that the agent told me at the price that the en I thought that was true after that the agent told me They need the shipping cost I told when the macaw will reach my home I will pay the amount whatever it is. Actually I disagree the statement then the seller told me He's given the macaw to the agency. After that I told her I don't want the macaw because they are asking the amount . Then he told it's OK after that he told me the Macaw selled to Pakistan.

The problem is again they are put the same ad in olx and before the ad did not delete it.

Someone in olx night shift is cancelling my request several times during the last 2 days and many other times before saying that itis repeated. The truth it is not repeated at all. Which is waste of time & efforts to re-post several times. Alsoi dont have any contact number to call them to explain.
The site became a cause of trubbles to any customer.

Account had credit deactivation

After 1 day of charging my account with 155 egp = 10$ to make an advertisement, my account is deactivated!

The story began that there were 2 advertisements in my account first one which didn't show photos on it
I tried to contact them so they can help me with this issue
They advised me to try uploading the advertisement from a different browser and I did so and below is the new and old advertisements id
New adv id=[protected] /old one=[protected]

Then I tried contacting them on messenger to advise them that I deleted the old advertisement they gave me an exception to accept the ad then they suspended it
Within 2 hours!

Second ad it contained a telephone number which was not allowed so I removed it to not breach the rules

Then eventually I was surprised that my account is deactivated with out any permission from my side! Although this is not free account its has credit so kindly I need someone to help me with this issue as soon as possible

This women Angelique has send me photos of the rooftop tent also advise me that her father past away and therefore selling the Eazi awn tent for 2500, due to other interest she demanded a deposit to secure the deal, she even phoned me and send me a whats app messages fro a cell number 063 592 5435, she advise me that we can use this number to make a E Wallet transfer which was 1000, due to her speaking to my wife and all the messages and not seeing at that time there is no threat on OLX site we continued, unfortunately i made the mistake to provide her with the security code provided from ABSA as she told me she received the code . i Then said maybe you need to verify if it is correct, and unfortunately no more contact and the money lost.

I have a complaint on the item delivered CPU-Central Processing Unit two(2) days ago. It is Misleading Information says in her ads that "Swak sa Office Home, so I expected the CPU has Microsoft Office to be used, but nothing. And also paid the amount via paytm rs. 5500 after the seller promised me to that he delivered the product on the same day dated 08.01.2019.. user offer to unblock Apple iCloud/Apple ID for your iPhone at different prices with remote software.
A part that this is ILLEGAL and should be not hosted by OLX, the scammer ask you to pre-pay half of the random amount he require for service and then start the procedure, thing that, of course, will never happen.

I had ordered a samsung s9+ phone on olx...They send me a wrong mobile...when I call back for their inconvenience they told me to send that mobile again after they receive mobile they send me a new mobile phone ...But they were not giving me any guarantee that they will return back my phone...
