Olive Garden / to go pick up order

1 2710 w peoria ave phoenix az 85021, United States Review updated:

The food was incorrect no one at the restaurant answered when we tried to call in and speak with management regarding the order. I basically feel like we wasted our money. check#68260 the order was incorrectly made and we received bread sticks which were toasted so well done they were too hard to eat. I would like this resolved by having my order replaced my contact information is [protected] my name is Jodi Jackson

You ate the food so you should have no issue paying for it. Cannot afford to eat then visit a a soup kitchen. IF it were really that bad you would not have eaten it. Obviously you are looking for free food.

Why did you leave without your food? I will never ever understand this lazy concept. It's fun to go out to eat! That has always excited me! And I never leave demanding repayment or a refund for food that I still ate anyway! I never need to. Know why?

You deserve nothing. Except a slap on the butt.

Replacing the free breadsticks is fine, but asking for a free meal or two is stealing. You only complained about the freebie. Manager wasn’t there when you called? Duh, call the next day. Tell a server on the phone that you’d like manager to call you. I’d be ticked off if my breadsticks were hard but I’d not demand a free meal.

Olive Garden sent me a gift card for a bad meal. I emailed them from home when I was calm and corporate apologized and sent a gift card worth twice the amount I’d spent. I didn’t yell or swear or threaten anyone, I simply told them what happened. I didn’t demand replacement of food but explained that I was disappointed I’d spent xxx for a bad experience and meal. They chose to send the gift card and I thanked them.

You need to chill out and realize it’s a meal, not a thousand dollar item. Give them a chance to fix things. No one is perfect.
