Old Navy review: Everything!

I've tried several occasions to shop old navy.
Apparently old navy is the only retail store that do not care whether customers return or not given the policies.
You offer a coupon upon the purchase of certain $ spent on goods.
Then you turn around and put major stipulations again on said coupons already earned for buying that x amount of goods by having purchaser again required to spend x $ amount again on goods in order to use already supposed earned coupons making this a vicious cycle.
Furthermore to exaserbated the shoppers experience you hold sales and ads showing goods for cheaper. Then when you come in the sales reps show you the tiny print on adds saying not for such and such because it's a printed stripes and solid advertised... Not same shirt one took their time to pick out because same product but a different print... This just keeps happening every time i've shopped or tried to purchase online they say not in my store... I go in said store and there it is... What I tried to order!
I'm so done coming here. Customers don't want to play stupid games to get your stupid prizes. Sales that truly are not... Cheap stuff marked up so high that when its marked on sale it really is all the product was maybe worth buying in the first place. I have gotten waaay better deals shopping elsewhere without the gimmicks and tricks. I can go to ross get way better deals on actual well known name brands. I can go to kohl's on a sale earn cash coupons and use it withzero stipulations on anything ichose to use it on... So why in god's name does any customer want to play "old na y's games not me... Just letting you understand why you lost a customer... Yes... I bought stuff... Never again... I found your couponing to be a joke. The associates do not know how to use specialty codes that you even have on your sight telling me that must be third party codes we don't do that...
Again not even worth the trouble...
So many better shopping experiences to have elsewhere... Not returning. I certainly wouldn't open a credit card with this company with poor customer opinion... Ripped up my"other laughable 30.00 coupons... Free at last... Maybe someone in your corporate business model will get a clue!
