I needed to buy Indian outfits for my son's wedding who was marrying a lovely Hindu girl. We went all in for the ceremony and looked splendid in outfits both for the wedding and the Sangi. I bought two outfits that were made to measure and several pieces of jewellery as well as 3 outfits for men. As they all took different times to be ready, I received frequent emails to let me know the progress, especially as I had time constraints. Great service. I have just received another parcel from them with more lovely items.

I had order 3 garments. I needed them for a weeding on the 26 of November and on the 18 of November they were still asking me questions about the length of the tops. So I thought that I would not get them on time. I wrote them an email letting them know that I needed soon, that if it was going to be ready on time. I really had lost my hopes but they used DHL Express and I got them on the 25Th of November. And the most important thing was that it fitted perfectly and they look beautiful. Thank you so much to the team of Indian wedding Saree.

Thank you for sending all beautiful items and great customer service she something isn't right. I also have to commend the willingness to accommodate my special requests, one definitely needs to give some time for the products to be ready and so I advise to order 8-10 weeks before yu need it. Or discuss the timeline and rush order ahead of time, sometimes defect, or other-delays happen and so the delay in shipping.

Thank you! If i would truly say so, I have ordered 8 times from IWS. This green outfit is the cutest of all! Yes; I had bad experience with your team delivering my items on time on last 3 orders even when I inquired about the items before ordering to insure I would get them on time for my weekend functions. But I'm I'm highly satisfied with the price, quality & elegance this green palazzo has represented!

In addition, I have purchased some jewelry pieces and every piece I got has been nothing but beautiful n has a great quality!

Not sure where to start with this review as there are many reasons why Indian wedding saree is so great. The customer service was so helpful and my input was taken into consideration. I ordered a beautiful anarkali suit that I needed in time for eid so there was really no room for fault but luckily, the suit turned out so gorgeous, it looked even better in real life and the fitting job was absolutely amazing. I've never had a suit made to fit my body so well. The only thing I would recommend is to read the description for the exact colour. The picture looks a lot lighter, (the picture for the suit I ordered was a lot lighter than what it really is). But anyway amazing service and would deffo recommend.

Recently, had a bad experience with the service provided by Indianweddingsaree.com. I had ordered a pre-stitched saree outfit. On receiving it, I noticed the measurements were completely off from what I had requested. Bad quality control before dispatch. On reaching out to the complaints department, they gave me to understand that they were unable to replace this ‘defective’ outfit as the product was out of stock. So understandably, I was willing to work with them and gave them the option for a partial refund so that I could purchase a blouse to match the saree skirt ( which was off too by the measurements) . However, as a long time customer, I was willing to work with them to save the hassle on both sides of a return/refund. After many back and forth emails and much haggling they agreed on the partial refund only to go back on their word suddenly after 10 days stating they offer no refunds! This came after they initially agreed on it. This turn of event occurred after 10 days of wasting my time with back and forth emails with them. Very frustrating.

Please DO NOT trust this company. I have been a loyal customer initially -no more. They DO NOT value loyalty. Also , their product quality is not up to standard. Their customer service /complaints department is not up to standard. They go back on their word and this is not good business practice. Buyer Beware. Their post sales service is poor and not trustworthy what they agree on.

I had a terrible experience with Indian Wedding Saree. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. I placed an order for Diwali and was contacted by Chander Sharma from #indianweddingsarees on WhatsApp. He informed me that my order had been cancelled because I was too busy to answer his calls. I asked him to stop calling and to send me an email instead, but he didn't.

After I emailed to check the status of my order, I was told that I would receive it by October 22nd. However, after several follow-ups, Abhishek Prasad from Indian Wedding assured me that I would receive it by October 25th. When I sent another email to check the status, no one bothered to respond. Rahul Chaudhary eventually told me not to worry and that it would be delivered, but the same end result occurred.

I feel like they are just fooling their customers. No one has owned up to their mistake or apologized, and they are so arrogant about it. It's a complete fraud and spam. I would not recommend Indian Wedding Saree to anyone.

I was in need of some traditional men's outfits for my husband and boys as my son was getting married and I hadn't been to India in a long time. To my surprise, the quality of the kurta pyjamas I received was outstanding, even better than what I had seen in India before. I received so many compliments on them and everyone wanted to know where I had ordered from.

I also ordered a net saree with work and the quality was decent for the price. The blouse stitching was a bit cheap, but it was priceless to be able to get it stitched and delivered to Minnesota, USA, where I live. He was very thorough with his emails, sending me all the updates and making sure my clothes arrived a day before the wedding day. I am always blown away by the quality of the stitching, it is always so well done. I have been a loyal customer for a while now and I can confidently say that I will be a customer for life.

However, I did have to deduct one star from my review because there have been a few instances where the delivery dates have been changed multiple times due to delays in production. While I understand that these things happen, it would be more helpful if the representatives could provide customers with information about product delays ahead of time. Sometimes it seems like they don't have all the information that they could be giving when customers ask about the status of their order.

Despite this minor issue, I still highly recommend this website to anyone who is interested in purchasing their products. The service is truly amazing and they always try their best to deliver products on time. I also love how they respond to any concerns that I may have. This company is the worst to deal with, I tell you. I was very careful to make sure I only got natural fibers because I care about the environment and don't support plastic production. But guess what? Every single item I chose was falsely advertised. And now they're telling me I have to call people and print things out and wait to get a refund. I mean, seriously? The items are just sitting there, ready for their courier, but I'm still waiting for my refund. The product prices were listed between $8 a meter and $17 a meter, so I quite reasonably expected silk as advertised. I mean, I can buy silk for those prices in Australia. But no, they lied and thought I wouldn't notice the difference between polyester and silk. Can you believe that? Buyer beware, do not trust this business, zero silk here. And now they're being very difficult trying to get any just treatment. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, they lie in listings so it's a no-brainer.

I recently made my first purchase on Indian Wedding Saree's website and ordered a total of four items for an upcoming event. I followed their process of sending in my measurements to ensure that everything would fit properly and reminded them of the timeframe in which I needed the outfits. Despite some hassle, we received our order via FedEx two days before the event, but it arrived 30 days after the order was placed.

To my dismay, only one item was stitched according to the measurements I provided, while all the other items were off by four inches on each body part, including the arms, chest, and length. I was shocked and disappointed to see such poor quality and rushed stitching, especially considering my mother has 25 years of tailoring experience and could easily spot the flaws.

Unfortunately, we had no choice but to fix the outfits ourselves since they arrived so late. We raised a PayPal claim once we realized the outfits were the wrong sizes, but the seller asked us to return the items in their exact condition, which was not possible. We didn't want to lie to them and send them the fixed outfits, so we cancelled the case and kept the one dress for my daughter, even though it doesn't fit her properly. In the end, we lost $115 AUD and weeks of time.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from Indian Wedding Saree. The poor quality and rushed stitching were disappointing, and the hassle of dealing with the wrong sizes and late delivery made the experience even worse.

It i could, i would have given them zero star. I ordered this lehenga choli with customized order about two weeks ago with other jewelleries. They sent me an email saying that jewelleries will reach by 15th of feb, and they are not here yet, not even the tracking number. Lehenga measurement dept. contacted me last week telling me that lehenga will be 44 inches long and blouse length will be 16 inches. I emailed them back saying that please make lehenga length only 38 to 39 inches. The emailed me back saying ok. Today a minute ago they contacted me via email stating the same question that lehenga length will be 44 inches and blouse length will be 16 inches. Why do i have to take their standard measurement if i have paid them 30 u.s. dollars for customized stiching? How lousy of them, in one week they have not stiched my lehenga of my desired length. Today is feb 17th and how are they going to sticth my lehenga choli and also going to mail me so that i can get it by feb 18th? Very lousy and bogus people. Horribly bad service. Dont buy from them and waste your money. I am out of town after feb 18th and was trusting them to send my item before that time frame or at that time frame. What a disaster. THUGS. Dont buy from them.

First time ordered on their website total order of 4 items. Followed the process of sending them measurements to make sure everything will fit. Also, reminded them the timeframe that we will need the outfits by. After lot of hassle we received our order by fedex 2 days before the event and 30 days after the order.

Will never buy from these people, my mother has tailoring experience of 25 years when she looked at the workmanship. She was shocked to see such poor quality and rushed stitching.

I gotta be real with y'all, I made a big mistake by ordering from Indian Wedding Saree. I didn't even bother to read any reviews before I dropped $1600 on their website. Let me tell you, I regret it big time. The products I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The fabric was cheap and scratchy, the colors were off, and the stitching was so bad it looked like it was done by a beginner. I wouldn't even pay $200 for each outfit, let alone $1600.

But let me tell you, their delivery and customer service could use some work. They use this cheap courier called Tranptl or Yodel, and they never give you a proper time slot for delivery. It's a real pain in the neck because you have to keep chasing them up. And forget about getting updates on your delivery, because this cheap courier just doesn't care.
