Old Navy review: customer service of management, non operational store for pregnant customers

I asked two different employees one being Sharon and the other Tara (who both need C. S training) to use the restroom and they both gave a weird look so I asked to speak to mgmt and Samm comes and tells me well unfortunately the store has been having plumbing issues for a few days (since August), and was told to go across the street I would like to know how do the employees use the restroom & do they go across the street? How are pregnant women supposed to enjoy shopping and when it time to go you have to leave the store go across to another shopping area and then come back to shop. If I have to do all of that I might as well spend my money in a shopping area who has working facilities. The people that are hired to work this store need to be trained as a former old navy employee I know for a fact that C.S. training is not a big thing unless there is a complaint filed and taken seriously, but the majority of the people that work here have the worst attitudes ever and its sad to say its the regulars and not the seasonal workers. This store is one of the worst store to shop in, so glad to see OLD NAVY have EMPATHY for their customers (NONE).
