.I recently purchased a pair of Loose Ultimate Chinos. The warehouse shipped me the incorrect size (that is a seperate issue.) I elected to return the pants to the local store and exchange for the proper size. The cashier helping me was extremely helpful. I went to find the correct size. Could not find it and asked the salesperson in that departfment if she could help me find them. She informed me that they were not in stock. I returned to the cashier, she looked them up and there were two showing in inventory. She called the saleperson who categorically staated that there were no more in the store and that the "customer should have returned them to the warehouse". I recieved a cred it on my card for $18.88. Returned home there was an email from Oldnavy.com offering 30% off. I logged onto the sight, entered loose fit pants into the search engine. There were the pants in my son's correct size. I oredered them for in store pickup. I recieved my order confirmation at 11:38. My email stating the order was ready was date stamped 11:58. Twenty Minutes! The same item was "found" for the onine order in less than 20 minutes. Leading me to believe that a customer standing in the store is less important than completing an online order from corporate. The new order amount for the new pants $19.60. I am more than a little disillusioned. Purchase a lot of clothing at Old Navy both in the store and online. I may have to condsider other options.
