Went to the old navy in columbus height today in washington dc. I could not believe I had to wait 30 minute in line the store was crowd and the line was long. It was only one cashier (toni) because I asked her name, she very polite she ask for back up more than five times and no one came up to help her. Finally she excused herself and went to the back. Well finally here comes someone name (latoria with an attitude). This was very bad customer service because people started to live the store with no purchase. I love the fact that the store was so close to my house. But after all this I might just have to do without
