I always shop at Old Navy at Dolphin Mall when I have time. Yesterday I was there shopping for my family and a very nice and sweet new associate afford me if I will like to apply for Old Navy credit card. I told her thank you I already have one. And her name was Amy very very kind of her. I kept shopping but I was near her and a lady manager that I already knew she is a manager asked Amy if she had open any credit card and I heard her yelling and very rude at Amy of front of the customers and that was not very nice of her as a manager. Me personal I work at a Lawyer office I did not like what I saw with my eyes. I think as a manager she should talk to Amy on the side say try your best and you can do it. That's how managers should talk to their associates. I don't know how that lady got hired as a manager. I will keep shopping there but If I see that manager again treating any associates rude or yelling at them I will need to talk to the head store manager. I wish Amy and all associates good luck to open a credit card. You guys can do it!
