It is most regrettable that Oceania has provided a link for a Brazilian visa through VFS Global in New York for an upcoming cruise to the Amazon. I have been through four weeks of hell and expenses with this inept outfit. I filed for a visa on August 23, sent the passport facepage and a passport photo via Fedex courier on August 25 for an additional $35.20 beside the visa fee of $80.90. I was REPEATEDLY asked for the same information, which I uploaded to the website at least 60 times. The coup de grace was getting a threatening email that the application would be discontinued and none of the fees I had already paid would be returned.

VFS Global had NO TROUBLE charging my credit card. In desperation, I reached out to my New York State senator to intercede. I still have NO visa.

Desired outcome: EMAIL ME MY VISA!
