We booked several single women in solo balcony cabins and 1 regular balcony cabin, as no more solo balcony cabins available, we are paying same price, with no reduction for solo balcony cabins, even though ads state dual occupancy rates do not apply to solo cabins.. They will not do anything, even though I have filed a case about it, which they closed. I just opened a new case.

Desired outcome: reduced fare for solo cabin, price adjustment

2 of us solo women booked Solo Balcony Cabin, connecting.res#[protected].,dont have connecting# and 1 regular balcony cabin,res#64762527as solo sold out,res we are paying same as regular ,should be cheaper for Solo. Case#[protected] is open case#[protected] has 15 pages of documents, now closed.. We want price adjustment.
I have cruised twice a year for 10 years, rethinking to cancel this cruise. All ads state Dual Occupancy Rates do not apply to Solo travelers, and will be priced as a single person.. Our connecting Solo cabins are same as hers based on gross total/cruise fare,before changes
