Norwegian Cruise Line review: Services, charges, food, shows, staff and the activities on the ship

I book a cruise on Norwegian for 7 days. I pay about $3, 000 for this trip including the fees for the room everyday (service charge). It was 30 for each night because me and my partner. It was a basic room. Inside, no oceanview or a balcony suite. The towels was old and tear. The toilet gets clog up and the air doesn't work. We have to call maintenance many times to our room. The food isn't great. The taste of it is bad. Missing the flavors. The fruits are the whole pair. They don't even cut for us. You have to cut it for yourself. No exotic fruits either. The Manhattan Room, no lobster or any other type of seafood. Just basic and cheap food. They charge everything. Even a water bottle for 6 buck in your stateroom. Soda they charge. Bring your own wine bottle they charge. For $15 a bottle. Never book Shore Excursions on the ship. Because they overcharge you and they even charge for a child. For on shore is cheaper and they don't charge for a child. Child is free. The shows isn't great. Repeat and repeat. Burn the Floor, Six and The Velvet Show. Same old same old. During Christmas Day. Just a happy christmas nothing special for the guests that stay in the Norwegian ship. No freebies. They always sale on clothes, diamonds, watches, liquor and games. Such as Bingo, Deal or No Deal and etc. The staff was ok and some of them were rude. The first 3 days, they close down the activities on Deck 16 due to winds. It wasn't strong. they cheated on my winning ticket. It was for a free fabulous hair cut. I didn't want it and want it to give it to my family. The host say no. You can't do that. We have it to give it to someone else. It should be the winner decides to give it away or give it to a family member NOT DRAW AGAIN FOR SOMEONE ELSE. The host name was Paulina from the hair and spa of Norwegian Breakaway. They will cheat you, try to up charge you and try to find a way to charge you. Its all about money into their pockets. This is my first time on this cruise line and this isn't my first time on a cruise. I have been to many cruises and you're not the only cruise line out there. I have been to Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Celebrity Edge and etc. I'm not going back Norwegian (NCL) The worst cruise ever and I will tell my friends, my family and people all over to not go on a trip with Norwegian ever! You deserve 0 stars!
