My mobile is not working problem (Nokia-3230) , I have given three times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center west patel nagar, new delhi india before 10 days and job sheet number is [protected], but still they could not return my mobile, they said it will take 20 days. I can not leave without my mobile, and I found nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

Sir,

i have purchased a new nokia express music 5800 in hoshiarpur(punjab) india.Which is not working not properly from 17 june 2010.(only display is not working). i go nokia care center at hoshiarpur, They give back to me on 30 june 2010.when i use it again its working is not proper as it is working in starting when i purchase it. Its appearence is as like Nokia 5233 and 5230 which i does not like..The photos which i stored in it they all are going out of screen not opening properly in display screen, they change the softwares of my phone so phone is not working properly. My contacts no and messages are also deleted by the nokia customer care center. but i already mension them the contacts are so important fr me but display is not working properly but they not repair my display screen also they change my softwares which are not suitable to my phone screen.

This is regarding the Nokia Cell Phone N97 mini..I have bought this phone in Nov 2009 but it's working is very poor like Hanging Problem, functionality problem, till now I have submitted my phone in Nokia Service Centre three times but always they re-load the Mobile Software for any problem..I am really very disappoint with Nokia Service as well as Nokia Cell Phones..I really want to say that from my Childhood i m using Nokia Cell Phones but now i have decided to recycle the Nokia Cell Phone and use other Cell Phones..

i have nokia e63
i have following problems
in text message screen#the following buttons didnot worked
buttons adjacent to space bar & and ! ', ? when pressed then display, . and when pressed with shift nothing happen
? sign appeared when i press the key ShiftK while it should be -

moreover some times while recieivg incomming calls, i pressed the button of Green, the set become hanged, it hanged for alomost 15 minutes, i cant do anything even cant off the cell
this happen after 30 or 40 calls
what i do

My name is deepraj verma and i am your extinsing coustmor. i was purchaesd a nokia e75 handset on december months . i have some problem in my nokia headset for example enhancement problem. i went on nokia care at bhupindra road, patiala. for this complaint for three time.first time they changed my headset but the problem remain same after that i went again and they told me problem in handset like jack problem . i drop my handset at nokia care after two days i pick my hand set and they told me your hand set is ok. Now, i went on third time at nokia care and they told you had again submmited your problem with headset. Now, one weak already crossed but no body replied me against this.My current jobsheet no is128433527/100111/41.
I am very harssed with you services at nokia care.
Plz help me about this problem abiout this problem other wise i have to go in court and i have to send a legal notice to your nodal officer.

: hi;this is dilshad from moradabad (u.p).i bought new mobile n97 mini 16/12/09.my mobile restart again &again from the date of perchasing, I have given two times to Nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to Nokia service center at rajeev sons moradabad(u.p) before 4 days and job sheet number is [protected] . I can not leave without my mobile, and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy Nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.please take action soon as posssible.

new 5800 phone died in 5 days. 4 and counting attempts by nokia to repair SAME ISSUE

Purhcased at NYC flagship store. I had the phone working for 1st 5 days. When the battery started to discharge, i tried charging. It didnt charge at all. Store gave me new battery saying battery was at fault. Again same issue. It wudnt even turn on with the charger connected - so clearly its not just battery problem. By the time this battery discharged, the 14 day return period was over - pretty sure they knew it.
Then started the saga of sending to nokia service center - PALCO. Already sent 4 times. each time had to ship back same evening or next day. Same problem for "repaired" "replaced" and "repaired again" phone.
First they claim its "repaired", then 2nd time they claim "cannot be repaired...so replaced"...why did they send it then?
but the so called replaced also had same issue - how can this be co-incidence?
again sent...they claim repaired...but same issue.
When i call...they dont agree to send me a courtesy phone since its clearly their mistake and 4 attempts are enough to figure out im being cheated.
They wont give me refund or replacement.
They wont even agree to send me a email saying they take responsibility to resolve the issue.
5 is not my lucky number...i have no hope it will get resolved.
looks like they will continue playing ping-pong till end of 12 months.

Subject : Nokia handSet 5800, Poor Service by Nokia Care

I am Gaurav Jain, I bought a nokia phone model no. 5800 Express Music & Serial No. IMEI : [protected] from Nokia Priority( Dwarka sec. – 12) in delhi.
It is my worst experience with nokia as i have taken this phone 9 months back, it got problem.

• phones display started creating problem. Imagine a touch screen handset in which you can’t see anything, only parallel lines.
• There are some problem in phone Jack (Used to connect handset), not able to pick phone calls through handset(remote keys not working with my phone while same remote is working with other compatible phones so that’s there may be some problem in my phone ).
I have continued deposited thrice times to nokia center for repair but still is not working properly and now in nokia repair centre. Find the Service Job Sheet details below:

First time I gave this mobile as on 14-Nov-2009 to nokia service center “Om Ujala Communication, Sec-4, Dwarka, New Delhi, India” for repairing. After that am getting a call from nokia care for collect my phone. I went there as on 21-Nov-2009 and found its not working properly. Executives in nokia care told me to Re-deposit this phone again.

After that I went there as on 06-Dec-2009 to collect my phone and found again its not working properly, Display and Jeck problem still there in phone. they repeat the story again and Re-deposit the phone again. I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing.

I have giving it to Nokia care centre 3 time after that and every time they keep my phone for 10- 15 days and give it back to me after that in the same condition and says it has got repaired... and after analysis they deposit the phone again and again for repair.

First, Please let me know that, does nokia have any Quality Check after repair the phone or they do nothing and sent it back to customer.
if nokia is not able to sovle my problem then make it clear to me. I would like to re-emberse my money or please do replace my phone.

Im a regular user of Nokia Phones.Recently i have bought Nokia E71 and because it had some problem with the phone it was given to the Nokia service Care (Sahid Nagar) Bhubaneswar. I received the Phone within 2 days and the problem was also solved but after receiving the Phone i realised that the Speaker of the Phone which is situated at the top as well as the middle button was broken.When complained to the concerned Service Care they denied of being broken by them and returned the phone by saying that it was not done by them.They also disagreed to me thats because i had already complained once to the Higher Authority and they did not want to encourgage such Customers.The Customer Care of Nokia Phones did not even respond well to me irresspective of Calling and Explaining them several times.
Therefore it is a kind request to you to Please look into the matter and take the complain seriously otherwise there are different other ways to solve the problem.I would like to get the Response as soon as possible on my Personal number ([protected])

Hi

I had purchased a NOKIA N97 (IMEI:[protected])from HOTSPOT (LAXMI NAGAR) shop no 3 and 4, property no c-1a, ms chambers, main vikas marg, aruna park laxmi nagar delhi, on sep 29th, 2009. I was given the warranty of 1 year at the timing of issuance based upon Warranty card.

After 15 days Mobile is switching off when we try to make call and it gave some noise and hanging problem and battery problem is there. I gave to dealer for correcting the issue. Dealer advised me to submit it to nokia service centre(MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA RADHU PALACE ROAD, OPP V3S MALL LAXMI NAGAR DELHI). I submitted the mobile phone dated 4th nov 2009, one of your repairing staff told me that they will inform me within next 15 days . However, two weeks have gone without receiving any replacement call from your side, then i went to nokia service centre(MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA RADHU PALACE ROAD, OPP V3S MALL LAXMI NAGAR DELHI), they told me sir your handset is ready, when i have asked the manager that you haven’t inform me that my handset is ready he replied me that we have lot of work and we have no time for informing the customer. finally I received my set after a long wait at your store. and after receiving the phone they told me that software has been upgraded and all your problems has been solved, now it’s OK.

But I checked it in front of them and I found that problem did not get sorted out., It was again creating problem now that time Mobile stopped working properly and there were issue related to mobile charging and creating noise. I was stunned to see my handset in very bad condition and none of problem has solved. When i told the manager about the condition of my handset, he threaten me and using abusing language and told me that do what ever you want to you have to submit handset again for another 15 days.

To be surprised the issue was still there and I doubt about the quality of the service they are providing. When I asked for the replacement the Service centre associated suggested me to go to retailer from where I purchased the mobile. But the HOTSPOT at laxmi nagar retail centre were not listening to my complain and the problem which I am facing. They refused to replace my mobile which is in warranty period.

I have given the mobile for repairing on 4th nov 2009 at 17.44 pm
After all my efforts get failed, I am requesting you to take proper action against them. I have hardly used the mobile for 15 day during. My complaints are registered in customer care ref no:[protected].
I am totally frustrated on nokia service centre(MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA RADHU PALACE ROAD, OPP V3S MALL LAXMI NAGAR DELHI). and to me this is a CHEATING company.

I request you to kindly have the set replaced ASAP.

You can not understand that I am facing serious trouble. I am being harassed. i am feeling really very frustrated. You should positively support me here. and proper action should be taken.

Its almost 15 days the mobile set with you and no clarity on what nokia is doing till today. If there is no positive reply within 48 hours, I will be moving either to the consumer courts or the local Press and other consirned authority.

Let me know if you need any other possible details from my side.

Hi am Devesh from Delhi i bought a nokia Mobile model no.- 1208 but the problem ( my voice is not going to the second person who is calling to me but i can listen his voice clearly and the screen light is not coming ) started before the expiration of warrnaty period so i went to nokia center but they declined to solve this problem wihtout taking any charge they said it will cost 600 Rs. i purchase d nokia N-73 in FEB...after two month we witness a problem in it.we submitted our set to niokia care cente(G - MOBILE JALANDHAR) ON 12 MAY 2009...
Today is 30 september 2009.after such a long period of time., i still donot get my set back.

On Saturday 26-09-2009 I went to your customer service center in Dammam-Saudi Araibia "Nokia Care"

I had problem in my cell phone "E66" and give Nokia Care Center my mobile, then they call me back in Sunday they said your mobile has problem in hardware and we must send it to Jeddah to fix it there it need 10 days!

I ask them to give me any mobile until they finish mine, but they said we can’t, then I went to the shop and meet the maintenance manager I said that

my mobile has problems because I bring it before it had problem in the charger place and it take 4 days to fix it and now you need 10 days and 2 days before that to check it.

I ask him to give me new mobile, I didn't pay mobile to leave it in your shop! I am really very disappointment!

I am a journalist from Kolkata. I bought a nokia set (Nokia 3500 classic Grey 512 MB) from Mobile store at E-mall in April 2009. I could hardly use it for 5 months. Now the headset is not functioning. whenever I plug in the headset, it flashes on the screen 'connect an enhancement'. That means, it is not accepting the headset any longer.
It is a new mobile set (manufacturing date: Feb 2009 Month and year of import: Feb 2009) . How come such a spic and spun new mobile set of nokia create so much problems?
My repeated requests to mobile store company failed into deaf ears. I want my mobile set to be REPLACED. Otherwise I am going to forward this mail to every other mobile companies.

nokia is not staying on its word! nokia customer care is cheating people! they are taking money therfore their is warranty and no new part is added to it. nokia customer care says that nokia's all mobile phone can be damaged if they are kept near cooler and if sweat also come in contact. The covering is not proper they are using very lose parts in their mobiles. people are using foul language. they are not properly giving the phone on time and talking nonsence. it took aperson 2 to 3 hrs to get chance to get analised their phones. people their are not giving phones on time. the authority must do something or the company may get case in court!

I bought a Nokia E66 from the ‘Switch’ store located in Lamcy Plaza
Dubai on 23
April 2009.

Yesterday, the phone screen began to blank out. Today, I took the phone back to Switch, who directed
me to the Nokia Authorized Service points. I then approached Aptec Gulf (Al Safina Bldg, Zabeel
Road, PO Box 33550, Dubai), who after inspection, estimated 3-4 days for the repair.
On requesting for a replacement phone set during the course of repair, Aptec advised me that they
would only do so if the phone was bought from them.

I then went back to Switch, in the hope that they would provide a similar customer service. I was
however mistaken, as this request was rejected by Mr. Zoher in Switch.

As a last resort, I called Nokia UAE on [protected]. I first spoke with Mr. Jade, who asked to
speak with Mr. Zoher in Switch as I was still in the store, bereft of a phone. After speaking with
Mr. Zoher, Mr. Jade disconnected the phone, inspite of me waiting to hear his decision. I then
recalled Nokia. Mr. Jade handed over the phone to Mr. Kamar, who expressed his unwillingness to give
me a replacement phone set.

Please let me know if this is the policy of Nokia.
After having paid AED 1350 (US$370), I would have imagined that the Nokia phone would last me a lot
more than 3 months!
Inspite of having a choice of several brands of mobile phones, I chose Nokia. I am hoping to have
been satisfied with the Nokia shopping experience, which so far appears cynical.
I would appreciate if you could look into the matter & respond with a solution, at the
earliest.
I hope you can appreciate the importance of being contactable, especially in my sales &
marketing role.

As you can see, I have merely shuttled between the store & service center, still devoid
of a
solution to the above.
Please note that I had to brave the searing summer temperatures of Dubai, lack to parking space as
well as the time & effort spent attempting to resolve my Nokia fiasco.

I took nokia 5800 before 22 days from nokia priority Surat.. on d very first day i got the display problem and mobile was not functioning and so i got it exhanged with a new later on another mobile created a problem of touch screen in 4 days and i have 2 gotv exchange d same now i already exchanged 2 of d mobiles and still having display problem in my third mobile when i showed it 2 nokia priority dey said dat der's a display problem and it needs 2 be changed but v r out of stock and i was shock 2 hear dat der were more 6 to 7 display problems pending, 14 days have passed buy but i havent got dislay yet... i think nokia created dis touch screen mobile on trial and error basis and unfortunately d loss is born by customers each and every nokia 5800 is having some or the other erroe and so i have decided 2 wait for 7 more days and dan 2 file a case against nokia through Consumer Forum...

hey ..i just bought nokia 5130 1 month back and the cell has already started to bug me..at first the cell was perfect but noe the cell isnt working at all.. whenever i open it it get hot in seconds n begans to restart. the phone is crap now...i was a big fan of nokia but i very disappointed that its all juat crap..i have lg before n it lived more than this nokia set. nokia it just playing with money now...i wud request nokia to get these prob fix'd n start caring about their customer. if this set doesnt get fix'd um not goona buy nokia n will not suggest anyone to buy it !

Please check the attachment which i am sending you, in the photo i mentioned 2 cell phone photo, one is N95 and other is 5800 model, i would like to say that in N95 cell phone in the contact, i have shown in the red marking for your reference that in edit label colum i have mentioned name of the client, but same as in 5800 model, the name is not mentioned in the label, this is due to, when we save the data of contacts from the N95 to Model 5800, the number has been saved but the name as been not saved..., so please suggest how to save the contacts with the name in the "Label" colum.

I purchased a Nokia 3110 on Jan 8, 2009. 3 months later it started giving problems, like it did not get swiched on after switching off automatically one day. Nokia care repaired it, but 1 month later the same problem resurfaced.
Is there any way, i can get a replacement?

I bought a Nokia Mobile(Nokia, 3110 classis Black) vide invoice no.DE 3735, EMI No.[protected] on 16.10.08 but approx. after 3 Month blue tooth of my mobile malfunctioned as i could not receive any Audio/Video Song. I also could not move anything from phone memory to memory card.

I visited Gulati Communication Nokia Care Centre, Gole Market, New Delhi on 27.01.09 for repairing my mobile. The person at the centre updated the software (as told by him) on the same day but when I checked on reaching my home, it was not done. I again visited the centre on 30.01.09 who this time kept my mobile and said that the same would be sent to the factory which would be done in 7 to 10 days but on 17.02.09 after 17 days they delivered me the mobile saying that it has repaired and data to more than 4 M.B has to be downlowded from computer by using Data cable.

But I, regret to inform you that my mobile has not been repaired as the Blue tooth is still not functioning for receiving file as Audio/Video Songs.

I, Therefore, request you to change my hand set Nokia 3110 Classis.

I had purchased one mobile set as above, from M/s S. C. Ghosh & Co, Hill Cart Rd, Siliguri -734001, supposed to be Nokia dealer, glowsign with
Nokia logo, presence of Nokia Sales executive and display of various models of Nokia products Vide their Invoice No 8179 dtd 5.2.08 for Rs 12360.00

Within 2 months of the -purchase, the mobile used to get hanged. Then the
screen used to get turned around, then I found the screen used to get
blackened. We approached the aforesaid dealer, he then directed me to go
to Nokia Service centre at S F Road, Siliguri. After a month in their
possession, I received back the set, after few days it regained
malfuntioning. Even the screen slider (central knob) back bakelite has
broken off, without external temper / or fall. It denotes the quality of
raw materials used.

all nokia services in Turkey no exception are so bad.Nobody know what to do.I do paid a lot of money to get my phone fixed but im still suffering.The ones that i have contacted so far says we are not in charge so who the hell is in charge of customer complaints.Everybody directing me to someone else what kind of a system is that.From now on never ever will buy a Nokia.Its the worst brand ever.

I was using a Nokia 6600 handset from 2001 with good degree of satisfaction, and it is still working nicely.Than on 2008 I bought one Nokia N91-2 8G black, bearing number[WLAN:00192D8E211B]and [IMEI:[protected]] and [ITEM:0037405] which is giving me trouble from day 1, various files get automaticaly disturbed and ultimately data is lost.Now the hard drive doesnot open at-all.I think Nokia has cheated me! what to do? please help!

i am from varanasi UP, India. i purchase this set on 21-1-09 and next day it was at nokia care with serious problem. nokia care said that this is manufacturing defect and will be replaced by distributor. But till today i not get my phone back. Nokia distributor at varanasi RK distributor said that it will take more 4-5 days. i think i west my Rs.19000/- for this poor set and that is no useful to me. So for all viewers save your money. Don’t buy this poor phone otherwise you will feel sorrow. if any one want to see nokia care job sheet of this poor phone, i will mail. i bought 2626 mobile before 2 months. i got message problems. the messages were not delivered properly and also the messages are not received properly. Every time i switch of the phone and then get all the stagnant messages. one month before i placed the mobile in nokia priority shop in coimbatore. they told they update the software. but still the problem didn solved.

My name is Brice Rioux and I am from the Mauritius Island in the Indian Ocean.
Hence I bought two nokia 5610 express music at 30000 in mauritian Rupees (MUR) since one year because I really love music.
The problem is that I got so much problems with these phones firstly it was the sliding touch key which I have changed twice in both phones and now as at that day dat I have still got problems my screen turns black sometimes red or green. And the other one the key pad getting from bad to worst and my guarantee already ends . Thus the company who represents the Nokia Agency in Mauritius, their after sales service is not very good as some people here are really querying about the standing of Nokia as if nokia is fake from them and me too I am starting to doubt about Nokia products.

Since the company I am working for some of the managers also got problems for us it is a great tool in our work but we start doubting.
For me personally I am throwing the two phones to the bin as If I have paid for two phones for only one year, it is a waste of money .Do you think that we can buy cellular phones every year especially as A company like NOKIA, it is such a shame.
I have always use Nokia phones start with the famous 3310 which was very good but with technology I like trend.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and my next purchase would be definitively a SONY ERICSSON as their after sales service is good and very professional.

hi friends i am Asif iqbal, some time people shocked by brand cheating, i m one of them, nokia is the worst service brand ever i have seen in my life .nokia spoil my 2 month October and November 2008 this year.
i have submitted my disordered Nokia Mobile Set no- 2626 on 27/10/2008 at Green Park extn. (near Uphar cinema) New Delhi-19.but when i received it was totally disordered, without back panel, i have received it-
i have contact many time to there HCL nokiacare@hcl.in but they did only formalities.
there is no value of Rs/3k mobile, but in the "consumer kings" era this is really cheat, never use the nokia product, its my humble request to all of you. now there is no respect of noikia brand to me!

I have recently purchased nokia e 90 but I think people at nokia have are not able to make phone according to Indian environment. Few days back while using the phone the screen blew off. When I reported it to your service center they told me that this problem is due to the presence of water content on the display flux and no traces of water anywhere else on the phone. My phone have never been exposed to the water and I at nokia people think that this small amount of water must be because of the moisture in the atmosphere or my sweet which both are not in my reach. I have been asked to pay Rs 5000 for getting my set repaired while it is still in warranty. Is it my fault that people in India sweet too much or there is more moisture in the atmosphere. This is the problem which will repeat again and again. As this is not due to my negligence but because people at nokia didn’t took into account the Indian condition while launching the set in India market.
I have purchased this executive much more expensive than any other set thinking that it will be far better than other sets available in the market but now I fell I was a fool going for nokia products. The problem is not just the money but the time and the data which was priceless. But seriously saying I have never expected such a thing from a company like NOKIA.

My N 1650 is not working properly.Whenever i am going in Tone Setting then i found Ringing Tone option and when ever i try to click ringing tone option then my phone authomatically switched off.
And hence whenever somebody calls me then my phone is in silent mode and i could not hear it.
So kindly solve my problem asa soon as possible or can give me some idea to solve my problem.

Another horror story of Nokia care. I will recommend all the users pls do not buy Nokia cell phone. Read this to know more.
I have removed IMEI and job sheet number due to security reason. Pls save u r self time by not buying Nokia phone

In April 2008, I bought Nokia N-73 from E-Zone Kormangala location. The IMEI number is –
In few weeks I noticed that it has a problem that it switches off automatically. I went to ezone to complain about the problem. He asked me to go to Nokia Care location in Koramangala. This is where all the Nokia experiences started for me. It is soooooooo frustrating and I cannot ignore the issue and sit idle, bcos it is an expensive phone.

July Visit
First visit: - I informed about the problem that it switches off sometimes. And this is my corporate connection and I am being paid for working and being reachable almost all the time and I am not expected to switch off the phone. They said it is s/w problem they will upgrade the software.

Sept Visit
Second visit: The problem again happened informed them the same problem is happening. They asked me if I formatted the memory I said no, they again upgraded the s/w and asked me to format the memory. Got 300 Rs card reader and formatted the memory before using it in the cellphone.

Oct Visit:
Third Visit: Again same problem they said they will check the phone and will correct the problem. (THAT means they did not do it till now, they have no value for customer. They have bunch of folks who don’t understand h/w, s/w or anything about the phone in fact). Now I had to surrender the phone for 15 days. After 15 days got my phone back. Asked if they changed any h/w. He said yes and I asked which h/w no info provided. But I was hoping problem is resolved. I got my phone back.

Nov Visit:
Fourth Visit: Again same problem started happening. These guys do not have any clue about the problem. They again upgraded the s/w the phone is ready for pickup. I am not picking up the phone. Want some Nokia customer care to intervene and resolve the problem. Or replace the phone bcos this is faulty and cannot be repaired. Or return my money and I can get some other brand/phone. The main problem is, when I start using the memory to take some pictures, phone switches off automatically without my knowledge. Should be some fault with the piece/design.

I am livid with Nokia. I bought a N78 last Friday (4 days ago) (to replace a phone that was lost or stolen) and could not get the new phone to work properly. Took it back today and was told that the motherboard(?) was not working. It would have to be sent to factory and it would take 3 weeks to repair. They refused to replace it and refused to lend me a phone meanwhile. If I had broken it or mistreated it I could understand but they sold me the phone which was not working and have no qualms about me having to go without a phone which I need. Now I know the phone is a dud and if is not working when I get it back I will not bother sending it away again for three more weeks, I will have to buy another phone, but it won't be a Nokia next time. What a total rip-off!

I am writing this letter to request a sponsorship or frequent donations for jasmine salmoen of food stuff and even clothing items. This could be daily, monthly or yearly sponsorship or donation.

Jasmine is one year and seven months of age and was abandoned by her mother since birth. Her mother heavily under the influence of drugs and alcohol, especially tik which is a great scourge in our community, and jasmine’s mom does not even support her emotionally. Jasmine is growing up well under my care, but I too have problems with my ill treating father returning home after 16 years and continuing his ill treatment, treating us both bad, my stepmom even worse. My baby sister from the same mother now roaming the street because she could not take it anymore.
