We were sold a damaged new vehicle:

Not sure this is the correct link to voice our complaint. simply, we were sold a damaged vehicle. My wife purchased a Maxima. During our test drive and weeks before we took possession of the vehicle. we noticed and felt a vibration and something rattling in the undercarriage. I was told that it would be looked into and that it was normal exhaust due to its performance aspects.

You either did not look into the noise or simply lied because there was significant damaged under the vehicle. Now, the vehicle has already been in for computer work and for repair of the undercarriage. we now are concerned about any future problems due to this damage. it seems like we should at least get some kind of compensation...and I guess we are still waiting for any follow up...or even an apology from the sales team. I am certain this damage was caused by one of the staff backing up on a parking block.

there has been no movement, no correspondence on this...?

Desired outcome: compensation
