Our company has been using Nextiva since 2023, and throughout that time we experienced ongoing issues that eventually led most of our employees to stop using the mobile app altogether. I’m not sure what changed during 2025–2026, but the service deteriorated to the point where we were only using it for a handful of administrative personnel and our call flow menu. What made matters worse was the decline in customer support. Reaching Nextiva support became extremely difficult, and getting timely assistance was often frustrating. Out of necessity, we began searching for an alternative VoIP provider and ultimately made the switch. Since moving to a new provider, we have seen a dramatic improvement in both performance and reliability. Based on our experience, it felt as though customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. We even paid an early termination fee of $1,300 just to move on. This was easily one of the worst experiences we have had with any service provider. It’s funny, They are so helpful and attentive while they are getting your service hooked up. There are many options out there.. Don't make the same mistake we made and avoid Nextiva.
