Network Communications International This company has been robbin me blind when i reopened the account in January this year

This company has been robbin me blind when i reopened the account in January this year. The first invoice Email showed no payment deposit as well the Email showed a April account. NCIC refused and refusing to acknowledge my complaints as well refund me my 15.00 dollars in total.

This company be takin' money straight outta inmates' accounts, and let me tell ya, their phone service is just plain awful. When I called 'em up to complain 'bout the lousy phone service, them service reps were so dang rude and didn't even care 'bout the situation. And don't even get me started on the prices, they're downright ridiculous. They charge ya a fee for processin' every load of funds, plus taxes, and on top of that, they tax ya for every call made by an inmate. It's straight-up stealin' if ya ask me, and this company needs to be looked into. I'm tellin' ya, if ya got any other option, stay far away from these guys!

Network Communications International I got my boyfriend who is in Georgia

I got my boyfriend who is in Georgia. Everytime we have a visit it's either we're not getting our full 30 minutes and it cut off before the full amount I paid for is fulfilled or the jail will not send the inmate to visitation and I have now lost my 11.97 several times. I have called the jail on many occasions to get my money back or get my time I paid for but they never seem to answer or they say you have to contact NCIC i guess or something. I called both several times and cannot get through. So I had to dispute my charges with my bank due to not getting the video visits nor times I have paid for. I pay for 30 mins of time and on several occasions to get only 15 minutes. So I tried to put money on my family account and NCIC restricts it due to the disputes. I would've had to dispute these charges if you all would've refunded me or answer your phones. Now his account is restricted and cannot accept credit card or debit purchases on his account so now you have to do only cash. No one has the time to keep going to jail, and I drive too far to do this along with others who want to put money on his account. This need to be fix. His account needs to off restriction and they need to fix the issue of getting people the service they paid for.

Network Communications International If I could leave my review with zero stars I would

If I could leave my review with zero stars I would. I paid for a video visit that I didn't get! When I called, I was very rudely told that it was a different department and I needed to call them. After three days of calling and being told to call somebody else and that my message would be passed along to the proper department and I would get a call back (which I never got a call back from anybody). I was finally given a number for the department that is supposed to handle video visits, but yet again I was told nobody could help me and my information would be passed to the next person. THAT WAS LAST THURSDAY AND STILL NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK AND MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED! I paid for a video visit that I didn't get because of an error on the company's end, not mine. Nobody is in a rush or even cares to fix the issue because the company didn't lose money, I DID! It didn't take a week for them to take my money, so why is it taking so long to fix an error they are responsible for! This company is a rip-off and the customer service is horrible! NEVER in my life have I called and requested a manager and was told we don't have managers. NEVER in my life have I called and asked for a corporate number and was given a call center number, and at that point, I was transferred to a supervisor that I've been told didn't exist, just for that poor excuse of a supervisor to tell me the company doesn't have a corporate headquarters, and yet again my issue was not fixed. I was sent in the same circle and told to call someone else because she couldn't help.

I've been having an ongoing situation with a prison phone company called NCIC. The operators there keep taking my money, but I'm not getting my money's worth. There were some accidental dates on 05/17 and 05/26.

On September 26th, I paid $10 to Network Communications International Corp. (http://www.ncic.com/). I'm really confused as to why they deducted $10 from my card, but I still can't communicate with my brother. They keep telling me that I don't have enough money in my account, even though they took $10 from my card. I just don't understand it. I would appreciate it if they could refund my money back to me.

Network Communications International The company be takin' more money from inmates' accounts

The company be takin' more money from inmates' accounts. I was on the phone chattin' with him. He said he had $5.97 left. So, I added $25.00 to his account. But instead of his balance bein' $35.97, it showed as $25.00. Every time he tries to make a call and there ain't no answer, they charge him 1 cent. This company be snatchin' inmates' money. When it's time for a free call, they keep loopin' the calls so you can't pick up.

I still got some money left in my account, but the inmate I was tryna call ain't even at a place that uses this service no more. I been askin' since June to get my balance refunded, and they keep tellin' me it's gonna be sent by mail in 6 weeks. My original credit card account got closed, and I had to move and change my address. I'm the Power of Attorney for my 91-year old mom, and she put $25.00 on my account to talk to her son, the inmate. I done told this company multiple times through their support email and on the phone 'bout the address change and the credit card bein' closed. They keep sayin' the money gonna come in a check in 6 weeks, but it's still sittin' in my account even after they done told me 3 times since June that they gonna send the refund.

Network Communications International Absurd proccessing fees and phone call charges

Absurd proccessing fees and phone call charges. I talked to a NCIC representitive this morning, Feb 8th 2021, about these hidden fees and they said they are proccessing fees. NCIC charges $3.95 every time I add funds ($50) to my prepaid account. I added $50 yesterday (2/7), made a 20 min phone call and I was charged $3.95 for adding funds, and $5.95 for the 20 min phone call. Total of $9.95 right off the top! I have spent over a thousand dollars with this crude place in the course of about one and a half months! Why should I have to pay a $3.95 proccessing fee every time I add funds when its the same account, same credit card info etc? and the taxes and extra fees for each call is absurd also here's the breakdown for each 20 min call, $4.20 sub-total at 21c min, county sales tax-.03c, federal cost recovery charge-.06c, federal universal service fund-$1.34, state sales tax-.28, and finally other charges-.04c coming to a grand total of $5.95 for each 20 min call! This company charges an arm and a leg for people who want to keep in contact with their loved ones. Extortion? Can this be changed or fixed to not cost so darn much?
