2 Shows now produced exclusively by Netflix have shown balloon releases in a positive/entertaining way. First was the Magic for Humans show which started out releasing huge bundles of balloons at part of a trick. Second was the new show Dead to Me which seemed promising but when I got to the episode about the balloon release I cannot bring myself to watch it. I love the actors and the plot thus far but cannot justify watching the rest. Millions of people watch these shows and are influenced by them. The idea that releasing balloons is entertaining or a valid way to celebrate a loved one is literal garbage. Balloons come back down and kill animals and pollute the earth. Netflix needs to be more responsible and not set a horrible example with it's programs.

Im very unsatisfied with netflix because i paid netflix for a reason; to watch shows that is already released on netflix but netflix decided to remove some movies. For example Marvel Doctor Strange. That time have not dont have. Better make my money worth by fixing this [censored] done or else im gonna unsubscribe netflix & spread around about this matter & you guys are gonna be bankrupt!

Complaints are continuing, ongoing and daily. Very frustration, because it is always in the middle of a show!

* screen will freeze but conversation will continue.
* show will freeze mid-viewing and will not allow any "choice" - go froward, back, go to home of netflix, etc. All netflix options freeze. Usually cannot get it to bring netflix back up again until next day (not clear why).
*sometimes a message will come up and say something like netlfix is "unable to provide/continue this tape at this time." why? Why would a disk or whatever you broadcast have to stop suddenly?
*when choices are loading or have mored forward/backwards on a show, there is a "timer" circle showing % of how soon the suggested change will take to get to 100%. Often times, this timer/% counter will freeze up netflix.
* most of these issues did not start until you raised your price. I assume this is just a coincidence as logically, it doesn't make sense to be connected. I just mention it.

One question I have is that when netflix is chosen, my tv screen will darken substantially. This makes night scenes of a show almost invisible. Is this something controlled by you or would this be an issue with.. My tv, for example.

Going back as far as 2015 NETFLIX have been taking more than my one payment a month.
Sometimes it will be £5.99, £5.99 and £7.99 all in one day then sometimes it will be £5.99 then 2/3days later another £5.99.
I have now been hung up on twoce by your customer services.
I contacted my bank who advised its Netflix problem as they have obviously mistakenly been taking the money from my account!
I am sick of going around in circles.
Your company makes millions of pounds and all i am asking is to be refunded the payments i did not give permission to take.
I have a 2 year old daughter single parent struggling as it is. Netflix is basically a treat for us but iv had to cancel my account.
If this cant be easily dealt with, being refunded i will take it as far as trading standards and court if need be.
I am so disappointed in the so called ‘customer service'. Do netflix just employ the most ignorant of people to put on the phones?
I suffer mental health issues as it is and suffer severe panic attacks, this has caused me to have 3 attacks already, luckily being someone was with me to watch my daughter.
When i take an attack i barely know who i am, where i am, oanic attacks, anxiety and depression is no joke and this situation is making my condition flare up multiple times.
Is money, a refund of a small amount in the case of netflix income more important than someones health?
I will be getting trading standards, citizens advice, my lawyer and the papers involved if you cant sort out a refund so please lets try make this less stressful as can be and just pay me back what im due. Before i sue your company for making my mental health worse.

Dear Netflix management - you have made a serious mistake canceling Santa Clarita Diet! My husband and I looked at each other after the season 3 finale and both said it was the best season finale yet and we couldn't wait to find out what happens next... and then you cancelled the show! Please reconsider and at least give it one final season so we can see what happens! Give a proper ending to a fantastic show - don't leave us hanging! Not cool Netflix! Please reconsider and give this amazing show another chance! Thank you for your consideration.

I called to change the credit card I was using for my account. Every time I typed in the new number and expiration date Netflix would revert back to the old card.

When I called customer service, they kept telling me that the bank had declined the new card which was not true. Netflix kept trying to charge the old expired card.

Customer service would not allow me to remove the old card from the account before adding the new card information, which would have solved the problem.

I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for about five minutes; then the same rep came back now pretending to be the manager. They were nasty and unhelpful and eventually hung up on me after more than 17 minutes. I then used the new card that they said was no good to pay via PayPal with NO problems. It's amazing how stupid they are. That's 17 minutes of my life gone forever.

I believe that some companies intentionally have poor customer service to discourage people from calling. They can then justify reducing the number of reps thereby saving money.

I like the show Black Summer enough that I binge watched it and I almost never do that. That being said I am disgusted and offended by a specific episode. The episode "Heist" seems to be set in a club full of drugs and women who have been sex trafficked. I am already disappointed that Netflix can't make a show (no matter the subject matter) that doesn't include an explicit sex scene. That just tells me the writing is on the lazy side. But this particular scene showed a woman getting pleasure out of the act. In a day and age of the #metoo movement you would think they would have avoided an image like that. As strange as it may sound women who are forced to have sex usually don't sit there and enjoy it but lay there and pray for it to be over. Netflix acts like they're all "woke" but that scene proves they are not. They could have used their platform to show how horrible sex trafficking is for women. Screw them. I'm ready for a competition to come along and force them to be better.

Why is this socialist propaganda movie on a service I pay for. You do understand netflix only exists because of a capitalist society. This "documentary" is such a load of lies and spin it's actually disgusting. I don't want to pay for trash based on a vile racist and I don't want this advertised on my tv. Stop showing or remove from front page. Are you going to start funding conservative documentaries as well?

App keeps disconnecting from Chromecast. Complaints to customer service go unattended. Thousands have this problem, all you have to do is google it. App connects to Chromecast, show starts to play and after a few minutes the app disconnects and then the phone no longer acts as a remote. You have to exit the Netflix app, restart it and only then it reconnects, but again only for a few minutes. Bad reviews on the App Store, go unaddressed. This only happens on iOS. Our android devices don't have this problem. We had a similar problem on HBO go. They emailed and asked about the problem and after a few weeks the update came and the problem was fixed.

Just received an email that my monthly price is increasing to $12.99 on May 30th. Why?...because you are hard at work improving Netflix!

I understand the need for price increases from time to time but this is ridiculous. The prices have gone up every single year and I have not seen anything to date that I would consider "an improvement".

Stop the price increases for a minute. Otherwise you may see a huge drop in your customer base. There is far too much streaming competition for you to continue this practice.

Please fo not remove high school musical 3: senior from netflix. It had brought me so much joy and if I can't watch it on netflix I will have no where else to watch it. My name is Michelle Ramirez and my husband and I have been loyal subscribers for years. We are used to a majority of our shows getting cancelled Marco Polo and Sense 8 were two of my favorites. Friends from College and Series of unfortunate events are two more of our favorites being axed. I urge you to reconsider cancelling Santa Clarita Diet. It is a show that my family of four watches together and really enjoys. With all the competition in streaming services there has to be a way to keep some of your shows after 3 seasons. This one is unique and has 100% on rotten tomatoes. Otherwise I'm sorry to say you will lose us as there is no reason to stick around with the impending price increase. You have gotten rid of Some of the best shows in our opinion. There is a larger following for this show than you realize, it may be wiser to keep it around for another season or two.

I love stand up comedy and netflix has a large variety of comedians doing stand up comedy, but i've noticed that 99.9% of these netflix stand up "comedy" specials aren't focused on comedy. Instead of trying to entertain anyone, these "comedians" are lecturing us on politics and pushing their political opinions (which are extremely left wing, liberal, sjw, feminist, and anti trump). I don't watch comedy specials to hear people's political views, I watch these comedy specials to be entertained and to laugh. Comedians jobs are to make people laugh, not to rant about how they hate trump or how white men are the devil. Keep politics out of comedy

Ending a show on a cliff hanger is a terrible thing to do. At the very least give us one more season to wrap things up nicely. There are so few shows this good especially in this genre. Please don't cut of your nose to spite your face. Give us what we came for and keep Santa Clarita Diet going. Also get season 6 of Brooklyn nine nine. It's cruel to only have the first 5 seasons.

In September 2018 I contacted Netflix to put my account on hold since I was leaving my home in Los Angeles for a two months stay on the East Coast.
Instead of cancelling my account Netflix changed my service to their highest platform rate. For the past nine months I have been billed at the highest rate rather than basic service. I called Customer Service and asked for a credit or refund. The company refused to honor my request.

Please for the love of god give us one last season of Santa Clarita diet please! To cancel it after the cliffhanger season 3 left us with is not fair. You wanna end it then do it right and finish the series with one last season. Such an amazing show huge mistake Netflix! I turned so many people on to this show and have watched since the day it premiered please reconsider!

don't cancel it. It's my favorite show. The characters are upbeat the plots are intersting. the relationship between the husband and wife in the midst of crisis.they find a way to make it work and support each other. Genuine love stories. Why would you cancel it? It's popular. What would you replace it with? Maybe amazon will pick it up. There's my next letter.

I downgraded my subscription from Premium to Standard because of this. I felt I needed to protest in same way that would have a financial impact on Netflix. I'm also trying to rally up other people to do that same. After raising prices last year in order to continue providing original content, Netflix canceled Santa Clarita Diet. A part of me wants to just cancel completely. I still may do that.
