Changed my plan with out my permission. Have always had the same
plan and in Oct and Nov bill was changed. Did not realize
plan had been changed. Have never watched a movie from computer or TV
only watch DVD's. They take money from my account do not receive a bill
and did not realize until I got a new charge. Had account on hold as we
were away and thought I was paying for two months until I received new bill in the
same amount and just checked out my charges cannot talk to a person to get
it cleared up. Should not be paying the $!7.10 charge a month as we do not use this service.
