Since March 2025, I have been unsuccessful at mailing, faxing, and emailing my SSA Benefit Letter and SNAP Letter. I have spoke with 5 staff members about my effort to request a forbearance and discharge my loans. I have received several emails, mailing addresses, and contact numbers. I have certified emailed my SSA Benefit Letter in twice and my SNAP letter. No one from Nelnet or AIU has been helpful at helping me to address my concerns. I certified mailed a complaint to the Board Education in 2024 because I did not sign for any other student loan payments after I ended college in August 2024. My financial advisor accepted a new student loan payment without my consist. I am in the process of suing Nelnet, AIU, and the Board of Education for giving me the run-around with me trying to solve this issue.
Desired outcome: For them to accept my TPD letter, SSA letter, and SNAP letter. To be discharged for all of my student loan payments.
