I paid to have all four new tires installed on my car two months ago, and now I need to replace two of the new rear tires! I haven’t even driven 3,000 miles since then. I went in on a Tuesday and spoke with someone (not Mark), who told me they would investigate why my car is tearing through tires now that I’ve had the ball joint and the entire front suspension fixed.
I brought my car back, and they aligned the tires. However, when I returned to address the rear tires again, Mark informed me that I would need to pay $79 for them to check my car and see if I needed new tires on top of the ones I just bought. Mind you, they have wires sticking out of them! He then claimed that I didn’t get the alignment done there, which is absurd! I most certainly did, and everyone else is aware of this as well, but he couldn’t find the record in the system. It's funny to me because they just did the alignment, and clearly, I wasn’t mistaken.
I have spent close to $1,500 at this shop in the last month, and to be treated this way is unacceptable. I believe I should have received a new tire because the warranty should have covered it, not me. I can't believe this place, especially since I've recommended multiple people to have their tires done here because I liked the service so much. However, Mark is completely unprofessional and needs to verify his facts before making such claims.
Recommendation: Do Not Deal With Mark!
