I had NFD installed my flooring back in November 2023. I paid over $5k. I asked the installer why he wasn't installing the underlayment? He said I didn't need it. I reminded him that I the sale person said it would be included. After a year, I noticed a crack and it would sink in slightly. I called NFD and the person who answered said the warranty expired and they would not be able to take care of it.

Desired outcome: Repair the damaged vinyl panels before it gets worst. If this was done right the first time, all this would have been avoided.
