The carpet installed by International Floors Direct is bunching up, with one corner over-stapled, causing a bald spot. When repair installers, sent by manager Alison Estay, came to fix a gap, they used a piece darker than the existing carpet, which is also bunching. They added carpet around the tile instead of using a proper floor transition strip, leaving dangerous tack nails exposed and a strip sticking up. Alison has repeatedly lied about sending qualified installers, each less skilled than the last. This company’s work is terrible, and the TV commercials are misleading. If these issues aren’t fixed, legal action and public exposure will follow.

Recommendation: the ads on tv are fake, spend the money and get it done right by a reapable company who uses W2 Employees its lawyer time and NBC
