Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya review: Discharge missguided

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had a great trust on Narayana Hospital Barasat for long time.

This time I admitted my 17 years old dUghter Sreejeeta Debnath, [protected] for lap on gall cally yesterday for ot. The OT was completed successfully by Dr Jai Chowdhury, who is a God for me.

Yesterday Dr Choudhury discharged my daughter & I received the whatsapp intimation at 6.10 am. Farmacy clearance intimation I have received at 11.30 am. I followed up with your swastha sathi desk throughout the day. At last 7 pm they have closed their office. They said that it will be happening on Monday only. My daughter was crying like anything to come at home.

After that I called up the Swastha sathi department at Swastha Bhavan, they checked my status and informed me that the hospital has uploaded the documents at 6.26 PM yesterday evening.

If they have not uploaded the documents then how they can gave me a false information.

I hope you will understand the problem as a father, how I have been harassed by them.

Hope you will take a corrective action so that the brand like Narayana should not be damaged.
