I am in love with this product. I am 48 years old and have combination skin with light adult acne. I have some very light wrinkles on my forehead, around my eyes and two vertical lip lines - darn those things. I have spent a TON of money on good skincare and it has been hit or miss. I have had no good luck with other products. Nothing can be compared with Miami MD Antiaging cream. All I can say is, for the money, TRY THIS PRODUCT! The amount I spent on this, is the best money I've ever spent on skincare products, and being so affordable on top of it, I can't say enough. My skin is transformed, looks clearer, brighter and younger, and the creams smell divine. Not like perfume, but like botanicals or essential oils. I am so happy I tried Miamimd! I keep my skincare routine very simple. AM moisturizer, sunscreen, PM moisturizer, and the occasional face mask. This is the only cream i’ve ever used that I see noticeable results from. It improved my appearance of fine line and improved my overall skin texture and appearance. I eat extremely well so my skin is already pretty nice - maybe just a bit dry, so the fact that this cream has made so much of a difference is shocking in the best way. No noticeable fragrance, which I appreciate, and since it’s a retinol-alternative I think it’s a safe pick for anyone with sensitive skin.

I have been using it less than a month and I notice a difference with lines on my face. I’m pretty happy with the results. You use it on a damp skin so you don’t need much. It blends well and is not heavy or greasy. I have not used it any where else yet. I live in the mountains where it’s dry and cold right now. I’m outside a lot and it has kept my face well hydrated. So overall I’m happy with the product.

Scam alert! I ordered 9 bottles from MiamiMD, LLC but they never showed up. After opening a dispute on PayPal, I magically received 3 bonus bottles. Turns out they put me on a monthly auto-renewal plan. Like, seriously? Were they gonna send me 9 bottles every month? Thankfully, I caught it on PayPal and cancelled it. I tried calling them 8 times on different days and times, but they never picked up. I refused delivery of the 3 bottles and now I'm trying to get a refund through PayPal. This is a total scam, don't waste your money!

I cant say if the skin pills work or not because I never got them. I'm starting a fraud claim against MiamiMD because they never sent me my order. These guys are scammers and the police in Miami should investigate them. Don't buy anything from them because they just take your money and run. It's really sad that I have to go through all this trouble just to get my money back. I'm never buying anything online again.

This cream is a lifesaver! I don't know what I'd do without it. I've wasted so much time and money on products that just don't work. But finally, I found something that does what it's supposed to do. I was struggling to find something that would help with the firmness of my skin, especially on my face. But after using Miami MD for about 2 weeks, I see a huge difference. I got some stuff from MiamiMD in the mail once. It was okay, nothing special. But my beef is with their privacy. They keep sending me emails even though I unsubscribed. I've tried emailing them to stop but it never goes through. I've reported them as a scam but they still keep coming. I don't want all this junk in my inbox. Just leave me alone already!

I started using Miami MD dark spot corrector 'bout a month ago and I could honestly see a difference in my hands and face after just two weeks. It's amazin' how much better I feel 'bout my hands. I use to hide them and now not so much. It feels great that I can tell that the dark spots are gonna completely go away. I'm so excited. The product ain't too shabby, but their customer service is a real bummer. Been trying to get my money back for a week now, even though I got plenty of time left on my 60-day guarantee. Ain't nobody answering my texts, emails, or phone calls. Been on hold for 3 hours now and still no luck. Tried calling the international number too, but that's a bust too. How the heck am I supposed to get my refund? When I finally talked to someone, they were real rude and asked for proof that I tried to return it before my 60 days was up. I did what they asked, but now they're ghosting me. They don't keep their word and their product ain't nothing special, especially for the price.

Terrible company processed an order that was never completed and then refused to reverse it.

I ordered 3 bottles of the Total Beauty Matrix - used faithfully for 3 months. Took pictures before and after. After 3 months, absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. Did not contact company after reading about other's frustrations. Just chalk it up to a poor product.

I tried to reach out to MiamiMD, LLC thrice and sent them a bunch of emails, but no response yet! I ordered something on 10/12/2022, and it's been two weeks now, and I still haven't received it. The company is based in Miami, so it shouldn't take this long. I'm not even sure if they shipped it because they didn't provide any shipping or tracking details. If I don't get any answer or an estimated delivery date, I want my money back!

I got 3 jars of MiamiMD's Age Defying Lift and Firm Cream on March 20 for $129.00. My Order:#2CCDB779ED, was sent on March 23. After using the product for almost 2 months, I wasn't happy with the results and on May 17, emailed the company about a refund (this was within the 60-day guarentee). They emailed me back saying they were sorry I wanted to cancel my account and offered me 30% refund of the billed amount ($129.). They said I wouldn't have to pay postage on returning the 2 unopened jars but could keep them. Then they said I could email back accepting the offer, or call customer service for further assistance. After seeing reviews on the internet and customer reviews at ComplaintsBoard.com, I decided that this was the best solution to get ComplaintsBoard.com assistance to retrieve my full refund of $129; or the $86.00 (cost of the 2 unopened jars) that I can return.

I order from MiamiMD on 7/16 and it took a long time to get my stuff, not until 8/4. The order number was XXXXXX. I tried the crepe for a few days but it didn't work good with my skin because it left a white stuff on my skin. I got extra bottles and gave them away as gifts, so I decided to cancel my subscription on 8/16. But they still charged me and sent out 6 more bottles. They said I canceled the same day it was sent out, but it was only 2 weeks since I got the 6 bottles. I emailed and called customer service a lot because I want a refund and also a refund for the shipping or a label to send it back without paying for shipping. But they keep giving me the run around. Can you help me? It's not fair to make me pay for the shipping.

I got MiamiMD's eye cream and 2 face creams. I saw them on YOUTube, but those ads are fake. Don't trust them. They say the creams make you look younger and lift and firm your skin. But they didn't do anything for me. My skin looks the same. I put the eye cream on my dark circles, but they look the same too. And my eyes burned and stung when I used it. I never felt that with any other eye cream. I emailed MiamiMD twice in August to return and get a refund, but they ignored me. I spent $140.90 on these bad products. I want my money back.

I bought 6 jars of MiamiMD Anti-Wrinkle Cream for $240 on July 9th. The product didn't work for me and I even got adult acne. I called them on August 28th and they offered me 30% back on the original price of $72. I accepted it because they said I could still call back for a total refund if the product didn't work. I called them again on October 28th and told them that the product still didn't work for me. But they said it was too late for me to get a refund because I didn't advise them within their 60 day return policy. I told them that I did call within the 60 days and the agent said I could call again if the product still didn't work. They didn't mention anything about calling within 60 days of the original purchase date. I think they set me up to keep my $168. MiamiMD has bad customer service.

I order MiamiMD's anti-wrinkle cream and subscribed to their service. Their site says it's cheaper to subscribe and buy more jars, so I got 6 jars. I thought I'd get another order in 6 months, but they shipped 12 jars in 4 weeks for $432. I called and talked to Lorie, who said I should share with friends. I cancelled, but didn't get a confirmation email. They shipped another 6 jars on 9/25. I contacted them and called customer service. Sherry said the statement was for the 9/6 order. Maisi called and offered a 20% discount, but when I said I'd report them, she offered a full refund. They shouldn't bill automatically like this.
