I tried to reach out to MiamiMD, LLC thrice and sent them a bunch of emails, but no response yet! I ordered something on 10/12/2022, and it's been two weeks now, and I still haven't received it. The company is based in Miami, so it shouldn't take this long. I'm not even sure if they shipped it because they didn't provide any shipping or tracking details. If I don't get any answer or an estimated delivery date, I want my money back!

Absolute favorite! With being a busy mom. I decided I wanted to invest in my skin health and use a better product. I did a ton of research because I was looking for a product that was free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, formaldehyde. I came across MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream. I am so glad I did. This was a game changer for my face. It left my face feeling hydrated without looking greasy. My face feels so soft and smooth after using this. I feel like a little goes a long way with this product. I don’t have to use a ton for it to be effective. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an amazing Firming Face Cream for their face! I think this cream works really well at reducing fine lines and puffiness. It makes your skin feel very soft, supple and nurtured and it probably will last longer due to the consistency and the quality.

I’ve been using MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how it feels on my skin. I'm really happy with the quality and packaging of this line. I'm in between finding the right Antiaging creams, the pricing caught my eye and the packaging looked appealing, I preferred what I am in need of, I was SO pleasantly surprised, first off they send you a personalized little list card with the product (I love it when business do this) it really lets you know the company cares about customers and you feel special right away, the jar is super durable and the labeling is gorgeous! Now as far as the product goes, in huge on scent but not to overbearing, this has a light almost scent that is so refreshing and light, I add this after my serums morning and night and I've only used it for a month and a half and I love it. It's thick enough to give massive hydration but also doesn't break you out, at least for me (age 59) my skin is getting more mature, it has a really nice glow and texture, I actually get excited to layer it on last, it feels so good! I'm excited to try more, I am at the end of the jar and I ordered the next! Along with another jar, so far so good.

MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream is great, and I love how moisturizing it is, but the best part is the container. It takes every last drop of the cream out, leaving the inside if the container completely! The efficiency is spectacular! Makes me wish every cream container worked this efficiently! I've been using the MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream exclusively on my face and love this stuff, especially when I get a bad reaction from trying a new skin care product. When I lived in Arizona, I suffered from dehydrated skin (very typical when living in a desert climate). The cream absorbs quickly and seems to work by hydrating the underlying structure, healing my skin from the inside out. The biggest difference I've noticed has been increased blood circulation and resilience. My cheeks and forehead also seem more elastic and my skin tone is more even and bright. The texture is very lightweight. My skin soaks it up almost instantly like a serum so I use it as the first step in my moisturizing routine. It sinks in, it doesn't clog my pores and prevents trans epidermal water loss. I've been using this routine for several years and it gives me the best results for the budget. Sometimes I'll even mix in serums that are too rich or concentrated with it and it works like a charm!

I am using MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream for several weeks, I can honestly say I see my face and arms as being much more moisturized and smooth. I intend to keep up the regime and will consider making a repeat buy. No miracles, but definitely finer skin tone. It has a pleasant, subtle scent and it was quickly absorbed by my skin. I would frankly say so far, it has real value for the money. I’ve used other products and I will say this is just as good! I’ve been using it at night also and I can say the results have been great. This firming cream by MiamiMd surprisingly has been a pretty amazing product. Not greasy, absorbs beautifully into the skin and firms and plumps up my skin well. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a wonderful firming cream.

I was talked into purchasing 3 jars of your product last summer. The customer service rep said that the product was refundable is I did not see results.
Now that I am done with the third jar (I really tried to give it time to see results), I contacted your company to say I did not see good results. The person to whom I spoke informed me that the guarantee was only for 60 days. He was, at best, dismissive. At worst, he was rude. Honestly, it is not about the money. The product does not work and your customer service reps were happy to over sell the product and quick to say "too bad."
Very disappointing.

I use it during the day after washing my face with cleanser. I like the overall coverage and lightweight feel on top of serums. Smooth to apply. Leave no area untouched. Purchased my first jar from Amazon. Love this cream, its perfect for my dry and sensitive skin. It’s effective and I don’t need to reapply during the day.

It’s only my third container and I have seen great results! Its gentle it’s not greasy, it’s very affordable and you only need a little bit! I first tried MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream. I loved the smell and it felt silky soft and made my skin look lovely. My skin tends to be dry and it very quickly absorbs anything I put on it and the MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream was no exception although it seemed to hydrate quite well. It arrived quickly from Amazon and I am completely enamored. It has a more fruity scent, it’s also lovely and felt amazing on my skin and to my surprise my skin did not absorb it all by morning. I looked in the mirror expecting to see my dry dull skin but was pleasantly surprised to see that my face had this amazing dewy glow. There was still a light layer of hydration but it wasn’t oily or greasy and my face looked amazing. I’ve never had a product make my skin feel protected and moisturized for more than an hour or two but this product kept it moisturized for well over 12 hours. Best face cream I’ve ever used and I’m 49 so I’ve used quite a few.

MiamiMD Age-Defying Lifting & Firming Face Cream is a one Pricey face cream, was hesitant to spend so much on one product HOWEVER you get what you pay for. I learned that with this one! Within few days of applying 2x per day my skin feels satisfied and nourished. Like I remember it was in my 20-30s. Cream consistency is very light actually, was expecting heavy goop. There’s perfume/light floral to it. Lingers a little. Doesn’t bother me too much, I’d prefer if it was left out, but my skin feels very happy and looks glowy and calm so I’m putting up with perfume in it. Left big jar at home when traveling and noticed my skin definitely looking and feeling drab and dry after 2-3 days. Tiny wrinkles on forehead and around eyes and lips look plumped and less dry. I’m surprised it worked on them so nicely. Will try to repurchase on sale. Once you go to champagne will be hard to downgrade to beer again

I got 3 jars of MiamiMD's Age Defying Lift and Firm Cream on March 20 for $129.00. My Order:#2CCDB779ED, was sent on March 23. After using the product for almost 2 months, I wasn't happy with the results and on May 17, emailed the company about a refund (this was within the 60-day guarentee). They emailed me back saying they were sorry I wanted to cancel my account and offered me 30% refund of the billed amount ($129.). They said I wouldn't have to pay postage on returning the 2 unopened jars but could keep them. Then they said I could email back accepting the offer, or call customer service for further assistance. After seeing reviews on the internet and customer reviews at ComplaintsBoard.com, I decided that this was the best solution to get ComplaintsBoard.com assistance to retrieve my full refund of $129; or the $86.00 (cost of the 2 unopened jars) that I can return.

I order from MiamiMD on 7/16 and it took a long time to get my stuff, not until 8/4. The order number was XXXXXX. I tried the crepe for a few days but it didn't work good with my skin because it left a white stuff on my skin. I got extra bottles and gave them away as gifts, so I decided to cancel my subscription on 8/16. But they still charged me and sent out 6 more bottles. They said I canceled the same day it was sent out, but it was only 2 weeks since I got the 6 bottles. I emailed and called customer service a lot because I want a refund and also a refund for the shipping or a label to send it back without paying for shipping. But they keep giving me the run around. Can you help me? It's not fair to make me pay for the shipping.

I got MiamiMD's eye cream and 2 face creams. I saw them on YOUTube, but those ads are fake. Don't trust them. They say the creams make you look younger and lift and firm your skin. But they didn't do anything for me. My skin looks the same. I put the eye cream on my dark circles, but they look the same too. And my eyes burned and stung when I used it. I never felt that with any other eye cream. I emailed MiamiMD twice in August to return and get a refund, but they ignored me. I spent $140.90 on these bad products. I want my money back.

I bought 6 jars of MiamiMD Anti-Wrinkle Cream for $240 on July 9th. The product didn't work for me and I even got adult acne. I called them on August 28th and they offered me 30% back on the original price of $72. I accepted it because they said I could still call back for a total refund if the product didn't work. I called them again on October 28th and told them that the product still didn't work for me. But they said it was too late for me to get a refund because I didn't advise them within their 60 day return policy. I told them that I did call within the 60 days and the agent said I could call again if the product still didn't work. They didn't mention anything about calling within 60 days of the original purchase date. I think they set me up to keep my $168. MiamiMD has bad customer service.

I order MiamiMD's anti-wrinkle cream and subscribed to their service. Their site says it's cheaper to subscribe and buy more jars, so I got 6 jars. I thought I'd get another order in 6 months, but they shipped 12 jars in 4 weeks for $432. I called and talked to Lorie, who said I should share with friends. I cancelled, but didn't get a confirmation email. They shipped another 6 jars on 9/25. I contacted them and called customer service. Sherry said the statement was for the 9/6 order. Maisi called and offered a 20% discount, but when I said I'd report them, she offered a full refund. They shouldn't bill automatically like this.
