Good MDs

so I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Good MDs. I been tryna get a prescription and a refund, but they ain't responding to my emails. I done sent multiple requests and still nothin'. It's like they don't care about their customers or somethin'. I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Wagoneka on 5/13/22 through Good MDs. I paid for the treatment and also paid upfront for a lab test just in case it was needed after the treatment. The treatment went smoothly and I had no problems with the doctor. After the treatment, my symptoms disappeared and I was told that I would get a refund for the lab service if I didn't use it. I didn't use the lab service and contacted customer service to request my refund of $39.99. They told me to contact them on Monday as they couldn't process it on the weekend. I complied and contacted them during the week, but was told it was too late in the day. I tried to contact support several times but either got no response or was told to try at a different time. It's now August, three months later, and I still haven't received my refund or any response about it. I don't understand why it's so difficult to refund something that I prepaid and didn't use. The whole process was confusing and misleading, and I couldn't even make an appointment. I decided to go elsewhere and expect a full refund as they promised.

Good MDs is not good at all. I tried to get a refund but they didn't even answer me. I think their phone number might be fake too. Don't waste your time with them.

Good MDs is a great place to find a good doctor. They got lots of reviews and ratings from real people who have been to the doctors. I found a great doctor through them and I'm so happy I did. The website is easy to use and the information is accurate. I would definitely recommend Good MDs to anyone looking for a good doctor.

goodmds.com is okay, but they don't talk to you much and don't give you a phone number to call.
