You sent me an e-mail, on Friday 13th December, with tantalising information that appeared to link to my maternal grandfather.
Keen to discover more it appeared you had 31 items that might be of interest.
It's years - possibly decades - since I visited your site and opened an account in my name.
I decided to renew my membership - a Christmas present from me to me - you debited my account, but I am unable to sign in because you appear to have mixed me up with another lady with the same surname. I am Ann not Anna and I always use a capital "C" After the apostrophe in my surname.
I look forward to you untangling this mess.
