MyFlightSearch review: Complaint

There was a flight booked to Reno, Nevada 2023 to attend superbowl weekend. Flightsearch phone approx. one week prior to the flight saying they wanted more money for the flight. I declined and I was told that I would be reimbursed. I am still waiting if this is not a case for fraud. When I send an email the reponse is that it is on the way. Southwest should be aware of whom they sell their seats to.
