MyDeal AU avoid mydeal website by all means

do not shop from this website, i got scammed buying an item and it suppose to delivery within MAX 6 days and now im waiting 15days without anything. i have been calling mydeal people all they do is send an email to the seller to request a refund but the seller is not replying. the seller must reply with 2 business days but i am not getting any reply. so basically mydeal customers asked me they cant give me money because i am going through the seller and i have to contact them. my money is gone. i have bough an expensive hollywood vanity of $899 AUD dollars. i have requested for supervisor but they keep saying to schedule a time but no one calls me back. this website is a BIG SCAM. AVOID IT BY ALL MEANS

MyDeal AU Scamming set up website.

Avoid my deal Au at all cost.

Product is different from the photos and there's no return. They don't have access to the seller's. The seller can send a different product and you cant return it or get a refund.

For over 2 months I have been trying to return a Rug I paid 700, the colour sent is different from what i saw and ordered online and the Customer service keep promising me that the seller will get back to me and nothing has happened.

Claimed loss: 700 dollars

Desired outcome: Refund and product returned

Recommendation: AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

MyDeal AU Scammers

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Advertises products with a 12 month warranty, then refuses to take responsibility. Insists customers "fix" faulty products - even when it arrives with a clear manufacturing fault. Refuses to accept returns or issue refunds, but just strings along customers for months and months.

Absolutely disgusting and they should not be allowed to operate in Australia.

I have reported them to the ACCC and Fair Trading and recommend everyone do the same.

Recommendation: Avoid at all costs

MyDeal AU MyDeal AU Review: Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service and Tracking Errors

As an avid online shopper, I wanted to share my experience with MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au). While I was excited to make a purchase, it quickly turned into a frustrating experience. After waiting for two months, I was accused of receiving a package that I had not received. The issue stemmed from two of my purchases having the same tracking number. Three different customer service representatives accused me of receiving the package, which I had not received.

To make matters worse, I was asked to contact Aramex to inquire about my missing package. In doing so, I inadvertently informed Aramex that I had received the package. Unfortunately, this was used against me by MyDeal AU, who then accused me of receiving a package that I had never received. This was all due to the identical tracking number of two unrelated orders.

As it stands, I have only received one of the two packages that I ordered. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, MyDeal AU has been unresponsive and has not apologized for the poor experience. In fact, their responses feel computerized and automated, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.

Overall, I do not recommend MyDeal AU. The company's lack of communication and poor handling of the situation has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. While I appreciate their attempts to rectify the situation, the lack of sincerity and genuine concern for my customer satisfaction has left me feeling dissatisfied.

MyDeal AU Disappointing Customer Service Experience with MyDeal AU: 0 out of 10 Rating

Hello there! I'm here to share my experience with MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au). While I have previously had great customer satisfaction with this company, I am currently experiencing an issue with a pool cleaner that I purchased from them. This particular pool cleaner keeps getting stuck on the steps of my pool, despite my pool technician's attempts to adjust the weights. This product is clearly not fit for purpose in my pool, so I reached out to MyDeal to see if I could return it and receive a store credit in order to purchase a better, more expensive robot pool cleaner.

Initially, MyDeal's response was that I could return the product, but I would have to pay for return postage and a stocking fee. I did not feel that this was appropriate, given that the product was not performing as it should be. So, in good faith, I made a video of the pool cleaner getting stuck on the steps and explained the situation to MyDeal's customer service team. Unfortunately, I have consistently been stonewalled by the customer service team, who seem to only read my previous emails and ignore the information that I have provided.

To say that I am frustrated and disappointed by this experience would be an understatement. I had previously trusted MyDeal to provide quality products and excellent customer service, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I would rate this experience as a 0 out of 10.

MyDeal AU MyDeal AU Review: Poor Service and Unreasonable Delays Causing Frustration and Inconvenience

MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au) has caused me and my elderly mother so much frustration and inconvenience. I placed an order for masks on the 13th of March and here we are, 6 weeks later, with no signs of the items arriving. My mother is at a high risk of contracting COVID-19 as she has emphysema, hence the need for the masks. I've been in contact with the company through endless emails, and they've only just informed me that the items are still on their way. According to the tracking information, the masks were handed over to the airline on the 23rd of March, but they're still insisting that the items are on their way.

As a result of their poor service, we've had to purchase masks from elsewhere, but because MyDeal claims that the masks are still on their way, they won't issue a refund. It's clear that this company takes advantage of their customers' vulnerabilities and inability to fulfill orders in a reasonable time frame. They expect the customer to bear the brunt of the issue, which is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I wasn't even aware that the masks were coming from China when I placed the order. It's only after I found out that I realized that a two-week delivery period would have been reasonable. However, we're now 6 weeks in, and there's still no sign of the purchase.

MyDeal AU has clearly caused a great deal of frustration and inconvenience to my mother and me. I've requested a refund numerous times, but they continue to claim that the items are on their way. It's simply unacceptable to treat customers this way.

When it comes to online shopping, customer service is key. Unfortunately, MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au) failed to provide satisfactory service to a disappointed customer. In this instance, the individual had purchased four chairs from MyDeal, only to find that they were unable to assemble them due to missing screws, bolts, and an Allan key.

Naturally, this frustrated customer reached out to MyDeal for assistance. However, instead of taking responsibility for the issue as the seller, they insisted that the customer contact the supplier. After eight emails without a response, the customer was left with four unusable chairs and no one to turn to for help.

Despite the customer offering to use their own time and money to buy the necessary hardware, MyDeal failed to respond to any of their attempts at communication. This has undoubtedly left a sour taste in the customer's mouth, as they feel frustrated and disheartened by MyDeal's lack of accountability and support.

As consumers, we put our trust in online shopping platforms to deliver quality products with reliable support. Unfortunately, it seems that MyDeal has failed in this regard. MyDeal AU Unfortunate Experience with MyDeal AU: Lack of Customer Service and Accountability

I recently had an unfortunate experience with MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au) that I feel compelled to share with others. I initially found the product I was looking for on their website, added it to my cart, and proceeded to check out. Unfortunately, I received a confirmation email that stated I had accidentally ordered the wrong model.

Immediately, I reached out to MyDeal's customer service team on May 13th to cancel my order. I was advised that the product was already on its way, despite my requesting a cancellation. I was further instructed to wait until it was delivered, then contact the seller, Kappel, for return instructions.

Upon reaching out to Kappel, I was informed that they had no record of MyDeal requesting a cancellation or refund on my behalf. I found this very concerning as it seemed to indicate a miscommunication or error on MyDeal's end. After contacting MyDeal again, I was told that I would have to bear the cost of returning the item, even though it was their error that led to the situation. I informed them that I would have to take legal action if they did not process a full refund and cover the cost of return.

Overall, my experience with MyDeal AU left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It appears that other customers have faced similar difficulties and I would recommend that shoppers look elsewhere for their needs. The lack of clear communication, customer service, and accountability were all major concerns for me, and I would caution others to proceed with caution if shopping with MyDeal.

MyDeal AU Warning: Dishonest Product Advertising and Poor Customer Service from MyDeal AU

I recently had an experience with MyDeal AU that unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. We were in the market for a Kasa outdoor storage bench and decided to purchase from MyDeal after carefully examining all the dimensions and photos on the website. However, when the product arrived, we quickly noticed that the depth was a full 150mm less than what was advertised. Additionally, the hinges shown in the photos weren't there at all and the way all the parts were connected was so different that it made the storage compartment only about half of what it was shown to be.

Naturally, we wrote to MyDeal immediately to request a return and packed the product in its original packing. However, we were directed to communicate with the manufacturer over email to resolve the issue. This has led to several days of back and forth emails, with every single email asking the same question: What is the issue with the product? It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least, and we are getting fed up with the lack of a quick resolution.

We've decided that if the product is not picked up and refunded, we will approach the consumer court. I want to share my experience with others so that they can be very wary when ordering from this website. After writing reviews about our experience, the company did contact us, but they haven't taken any steps to resolve the issue. Twenty days have passed since our initial contact, and we are now registering a case with fair trading.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering using MyDeal AU to proceed with caution. While they may have a wide range of products and competitive prices, their customer service and product quality have left me feeling dissatisfied.

MyDeal AU Buyer Beware: MyDeal AU sells replica Clarisonic brush heads with questionable quality & poor customer service

After a frustrating experience with a Clarisonic brush head purchase from MyDeal AU, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. At first, I was disappointed to find out that the brush head was a replica, but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. However, upon attempting to use it, I quickly realized that it did not fit properly into my Clarisonic device, nor did it oscillate as it should have.

I immediately reached out to customer service for a refund, but I did not receive a response for over a month. During this time, I also attempted to post a review warning others of my negative experience, but unfortunately, my review was not approved and posted. This was particularly frustrating as it could mislead other unsuspecting customers into purchasing the product.

However, after multiple attempts at contacting customer service, I received a response. Apparently, there was an additional step I needed to take to get the brush head to work properly, but this information was not included in the instructions. Finally, after taking this extra step, the brush head started rotating and working as it should have from the beginning.

Overall, while the product may work now, the poor customer service experience and questionable quality of the product leave me hesitant to purchase from MyDeal AU in the future. If they were more transparent about the product and responded more promptly to customer inquiries, I would be more willing to give them another chance. Until then, I would not recommend purchasing from this site.

MyDeal AU Warning: MyDeal AU's Poor Customer Service and Third-Party Seller Risks

I recently had a disappointing experience with MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au). While purchasing a puzzle from them, I believed that I was buying it directly from them. It was only later that I found that the item I bought came from a third-party seller. Initially, this wasn't an issue, but when the puzzle arrived, I was disappointed to find it damaged due to poor packaging.

As per MyDeal's process, I put in a request for a replacement or refund. However, it has been four weeks now, and I haven't had any response to my issue despite numerous attempts to follow up. I was also surprised to find that the store selling the puzzle (Get Puzzled) had a lot of complaints from previous customers, which raised red flags for me. So, I alerted My Deal about my concerns, but unfortunately, didn't hear back.

My Deal's poor customer service and lack of responsiveness have left me frustrated and unhappy with this transaction. I feel compelled to warn others about this website and the potential risks involved. If you are considering buying from MyDeal AU, please do your research first. There is so much public information about companies, businesses and websites available online, and taking a few minutes to check this can save you from potential hassles and disappointments.

MyDeal AU MyDeal AU Review: Horrible Customer Service & Product Mixup

As a frustrated customer, I have to say that MyDeal AU (mydeal.com.au) has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. It has been over a month since I have been waiting for them to pick up the wrong product that they have sent me. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they are still trying to offer me to purchase the product. As a matter of fact, they failed me twice by not informing me when they were sending any paperwork for the pickup.

Moreover, their communication is poor as they rarely answer the phone or return calls. Currently, I have even gone four consecutive days without getting any response for my email queries. I bought 40kg dumbbells, but they sent me 24kg ones instead. When I reported the matter, they initially assured me that they'd restock them soon. However, I am still astounded to see that they are still selling the same product on their website even when they have no more in stock!

As far as I am concerned, MyDeal AU may be selling products that they don't even have in their inventory. They may ship you different items than those ordered and offer you a partial refund to dispose of their items in their stock. It is utterly ridiculous, and their alleged business practices should be scrutinized.

To make matters worse, the delivery of the product took over two weeks from their warehouse in Melbourne to Sydney. I found this delay long and unreasonable, especially when I ordered a similar product from the US, which took just four days to arrive at my doorstep.

In conclusion, I do not understand how a company with such poor customer service can still be in business. They cannot organise themselves, and my saga demonstrates how they couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery. I would never recommend MyDeal AU to anyone, and I consider that working with them is complete frustration.

Order an item, they take payment. My address is in the system and then 2 days later get sent email saying can't deliver to your address will refund in a few days. In largest place outside of Perth so not remote. Can get back on the site and it would allow me to order again. No warning of not been able to deliver to my city
