order number UKA39904484704 website quotes 3-8 days delivery ordered 174 photo prints for a friend's 50th birthday celebrations. ordered 13th November, arrived 4th December - 21 days, totally missing the event for which they were ordered no postal tracking so no idea when they were going to arrive refused to give refund as they were not fit for purpose once order was outside of delivery window (3 to 8 days), I contacted My-Picture who replied with: "Unfortunately, I have no possibility to influence or control postal deliveries without tracking. In some cases, a postal delivery might be slightly delayed. I would kindly ask you to give the post 3 more working days for the delivery. In case the parcel isn't delivered even in that timeframe, I would ask you to get in touch with me again, so I can work on an alternative solution for you." I since contacted them again and again but had absolutely no response until the photos finally arrived 3 weeks/21 days after ordering. This response came 3 days after I emailed saying they'd arrived and requested a refund as they were no longer fit for purpose due to the time it has taken for delivery. The response stated that they wouldn't refund.
