On November 11, 2025 I contacted you via telephone. I advised you that two days prior, when the chairs were delivered about the imperfection found on one of the chairs, The other two were fine. You sent me an email saying to send you a picture of it. I sent two pictures. I even followed up with an email requesting a confirmation of the pictures; however no response was received. I checked all possible folders nothing there. I called Friday November 21st and was told you were. off that day and I was transferred to another staff member who check to see if you uploaded the pictures; however, he advised that the pictures were not in your system. I have not received a phone call from any one who is responsible for the return of the chair. I am displeased on how the matter was not followed through.
Can you please explain what is going on? I was unable to locate an email for cooperate for for further information; however no phone numbers or email was listed. I did see your company only scored 1.7 in regard to customer service.
Recommendation: IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET IT!
