I went to the office in Goodyear, AZ after I called to see if they had a certain service. I was told they did so I went in and after they charged my insurance company they told me they did not have those services at that particular office. The two girls up front were non attentive and not helpful at all. The Medical assistant was extremely slow and did not care. It was the worst experience I have ever had and to top it off they charged my insurance company and I did not receive any services. I will put an extremely bad rating on Google.

Recommendation: DO NOT GO HERE

I had a great experience at the My Dr Now office at 7th Street and Bell Rd in Phoenix. Everyone there was friendly and helpful from front desk to medical assistants to the PA-C Sara Daily I saw for my exam.
They were great.
