Now, when it came to placing my order, I did so on the 2nd of the month. However, I noticed that the label was only created on the 4th. Unfortunately, the package was not shipped by Saturday as indicated by the tracking information. This left me feeling quite disappointed, as I had to make a trip to town and purchase a similar item in order to ensure that I could deliver my product to my customer by the following Monday.
To be honest, this whole situation has left me uncertain about whether or not I will continue to keep my order. It's a shame that things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.

When I placed my order for the die, there was no mention on the website that it would be shipped directly from the manufacturer. I only found out about this when I reached out to your office on 6/30. The lady I spoke to didn't seem too concerned about my complaint. It's been a whole week now, and I still haven't received my order. I really hope it arrives this week.

These products ain't compatible. The charger don't work with the lamp, and the lamp didn't come with a battery. I'm confused and disappointed. Also, I only got one lamp when I ordered two. Yo, I gotta say, these products from MutualScrew & Supply ain't cutting it for me. I mean, seriously, the charger they sent me doesn't even work with the lamp I bought. And to top it off, the lamp didn't even come with a battery. What a letdown, man.
But wait, it gets worse. I ordered two lamps, but they only sent me one. Can you believe that? And to add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me for two lamps. Like, what the heck?
I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty ticked off right now. I want a full refund, no questions asked. MutualScrew & Supply better step up and make things right. I need them to send me a pre-paid return label and some instructions on how to send this whole mess back.

I recently made an order with this company based in NJ, and they sent it to me by drop shipping from a supplier in Fl. Now, let me tell you, that supplier took their sweet time before even processing my order. Can you believe it? Two whole days just sitting there, doing nothing! And let me remind you, I'm not located that far away in NC.
So, after the supplier finally got around to processing my order, they decided to expedite it because of some dock delay. It's a good thing they did, because it still took a whole week for me to receive my small package of bushings. Now, don't get me wrong, the components I ordered were fine and dandy, no issues there. It's just that it took forever to actually get them in my hands.
But hey, at least I finally got what I needed, right? It's just a shame it took so long. I mean, I understand that things happen and delays occur, but a week for a small package? Come on now. Nonetheless, the products themselves were in good condition and met my expectations. It's just a shame that the whole process took longer than expected.
