This company is a scam! They said I ordered something and confirmed it with someone who hasn't worked there for 6 years! Ha! I never got anything, just the bill!

Big State Industrial Supply, Inc. is a total scam! They called me up and said they'd send me a free sample of their stuff, but then they turned around and sent me a bill for it! When I tried to talk to them about it, they were so rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time with these guys!

This company is a total scam. They keep calling me with the same lame pitch and try to sell me crappy tools. They even sent me tools I didn't ask for and then demanded payment. I told them no way and sent the package back, but they won't leave me alone and keep bugging me.

This company keeps calling me non-stop, even outside of business hours. They don't seem to care that my phone number is on the FTC's Do Not Call list. To make matters worse, I'm now getting harassed by a debt collector for something I never even ordered or received. If they do end up sending me the product, I'll only return it if they pay for the shipping.

Salesman keep callin' ya from different numbers and won't stop until ya buy somethin'. Then ya find out it costs 4 times more than in a store! They say there's no shipping, but they don't tell ya 'bout the handling charge or tax. It's all BS. Don't use 'em. Plus, ya can't even pay online. Who doesn't do that?

They got me good with those ratchet straps, said they could handle 1400lbs but they snapped on me the second time I used them on something small. Then they tried to sell me a flashlight that they claimed was made in America and could light up three football fields, but it was made in China and not very bright for working on my car. I haven't looked at the first aid kit yet, but I bet they pulled a fast one on me there too.

I been doing biz with big state for a few years now. All been good till I found a package on my counter that been there for almost a year. When I opened it, it wasn't what I wanted. It was what I ordered but not the brand I like. I contacted them and they got back to me right away with what I wanted. That's the kind of service I like from a company. They're a good company that works hard to keep customers happy. Thanks a lot, I'm a happy customer.

Big State Industrial Supply, Inc. is a good company, but their salespeople are not very honest. We had some trouble with them a while back when a salesman was really rude and wouldn't stop calling us. Now they have this new technology where they call us from a different company, and we don't know it's them until we answer the phone. I've called them out on it a few times, but they say they can't do anything about it. I don't believe them. It's happened a lot. All my other vendors tell me who they are when they call. I think Big State is okay with this kind of thing, and they probably have the software to do it. There are other companies that sell the same stuff, so I don't want to give my money to a company that does this.

They sent me some drill bits, but I never got them. After waiting for about 6 months, I sent them a check. The numbers they called me from were weird, so I couldn't call them back. The check cleared, but now they want to send me to collections. I didn't even order the tool, but I paid for it anyway.

This company, Big State Industrial Supply, Inc., has been bothering me about a bill I supposedly owe. I've sent them three letters telling them to stop calling me, but they haven't listened. They even tried to get the ComplaintsBoard.com in California involved, but I'm not sure if that's true. They haven't followed any of my three letters. Tonight, on June 8th, they called me after hours, just five minutes before 9pm CST. I hung up on them because it's not cool to call someone that late at night.

This company keeps calling me like crazy, like 3-4 times a week for months, even on weekends, evenings, and mornings, asking for my hubby. I ain't never done business with them and I done told them to stop calling me multiple times. I done told them it's the wrong number, but they keep on asking about my hubby and saying he owes them money, which ain't true. He done talked to them and they said they'll stop calling, but they keep on calling anyway. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Big State Industrial kept calling us even though we told them to stop. They said we had to write a letter to make them stop. We wrote a letter, but they still called us last week to "check the info" in the letter. Today they called again and said they were our "tool guy" and wanted to talk to the boss. The caller ID said Global Tool LLC, but JJ said he was from Big State Industrial and called from . When I said we told them not to call, JJ said I was lying and got mad. Finally, someone else came on the phone and said they just got our letter, but that wasn't true.

This company said they sent me a product that was ordered by a Goliath Enterprises owner. I think they got the wrong person because there are many Goliath enterprises in CT and we are not connected. They say we owe them money, but I never ordered anything from them and never got any product from them. I never even heard of this company until they started bothering me. Now they say they will report it on my credit. Is this a scam or a joke? How can they send something without permission and then demand money and late fees? When I asked who authorized it, they said the owner, but they don't know which one. I never order anything, my son does, and we never use this product. We only do business with the same companies for years, not new ones. No orders come through without a signature from me or my son. If they say this is a valid claim, I want to see a signature or order form. They also sent invoices to my home address, not my business address. I am so confused, please help. This is beyond harassment.

Ask their office several times to take me off their call list. Ive blocked several of the phone numbers they use and days later receive a invoice for products I never ordered or received. I have threats that I saved on my voice mail saying I need to resolve the payment or it will harm my credit lol! Good luck. Just google this company and you will find several reveiws of companies and individuals having this same problem with them

This company hires sales people who harrass customers. The salesman called repeatedly, even using some type of trick to change the phone number of the caller ID so that the number showed my own home phone number. I will NEVER do business with this company again. When I called to complain about the tactics sales people use, the owner got into a shouting match with me. AVOID!
