Defective product (Whirl-A-Way pressure washer attachment), spent $648 charged on Amex on 4/10/20, used product 1 time and it worked fine. The second time I went to use it, there was not enough pressure to knock the dirt off the driveway (I clean every year so not a lot of build-up). I called to advise of issue and was asked what pressure washer I was using and I told them & was advised my machine had plenty of pressure (commercial). After spending $648 I was very disappointed. Since then I've received nothing but grief from the reps, advising me to contact the manufacturer, who told me they shouldn't have sent me to him. I've been told I would receive a rtn shipping label twice, but never received. Called Jim (who I emailed on 5/5), this week to be put on hold and when I called back I was sent to his voicemail and have yet to rcv. a call. I've disputed with American Express to remove the charge. I just want to return the machine and receive a credit. My last attempt will be to contact Mr. Thomas Harmon (Principal). Very unproffesional, rude and sketchy.
