I've bought stuff from SPW a few times. The peeps in customer service were super helpful when we needed to get our hands on something that wasn't being made anymore. They hooked us up with a different model and even rushed the delivery without charging us extra. Big ups to the SPW crew.

I bought a GE circuit breaker from SPW and asked for fast shipping. SPW sent me a message with a tracking number before the day was over and I got the part the next day in great shape and ready to put in. Good and quick customer service.

This Double Acting Actuator is what I needed and I searched for it in many places. But the details didn't make me happy. Then I found out about SPW and their service. I'm happy I picked them. They gave it to me on time and the packing was so good. And the 1 year replacement warranty was a bonus for me.

I bought stuff from SPW 'cause they said they had it in stock and it was new. But when I got it, it was the wrong used part and they didn't have the right one to replace it. I got a bunch of stuff in one box and when I tried to return it, they told me to make the box smaller. I think they knew they sent me the wrong thing and now I'm out of time and money.

I ordered a Porvair *** from SPW Industrial and was disappointed to find that the picture on their website didn't match the item I received. The tips were curved and damaged, making it practically useless. However, their customer service was decent and they did give me a refund after I had to remind them a few times.

I bought a part from SPW Industrial in November . It said it was in stock and cost $4800. They charged me right away. But I didn't get it by January. So I called and talked to a mean person. They said it was "about to ship" and that it wasn't in stock when I bought it. Two weeks ago, three months after I ordered it, they gave me my money back. They didn't tell me first that they didn't have the part. Now they have six of them on their website for $7800. Don't use this company. They don't care about you.

I can't give zero stars, which sucks. I bought something that said they had 6 in stock. They said it would ship in 24-48 hours and the box might be opened but it wouldn't be used or worn. I bought 2 on October 31 and finally got 1 on November 19. It was definitely used and worn. I talked to SPW Industrial and they said to send it back and they'd send me a new one. It's December 15 and I still don't have either one. My machine has been broken since October 30. We've been emailing back and forth and they keep giving me the runaround. This company is a scam. Watch out!

I got a part for our furnace from SPW Industrial on 12/22. I asked for the tracking number on 12/23, but they didn't reply until 12/27. They said that the "order is being processed" even though they say "order ships in 3 to 5 business days." I told them that we needed the part for our furnace to work, but they didn't reply. I called them on 12/30 and asked for the tracking number. They said that "the order would not ship until at least Tuesday," which is 13 days from when I ordered it. I was mad and told them that if they didn't give me a tracking number by Tuesday, I would tell my credit card company and the authorities about fraud. The lady said "well I'll just cancel your order" and hung up. Here's the bottom line: 1) They wasted a week of our time for a part that we needed; 2) their website lies about when items will ship; 3) who knows if they even had the part and were planning to ship; and 4) I'll be watching my credit card website to see if they process the refund as fast as they charged me for a part that they didn't bother shipping. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with these people, as they are incompetent.

I bought a thing from SPW Industrial and they said it was in stock. I bought it in May and they gave me a tracking number but it never shipped. I called them in July and they gave me a new tracking number and it said it was delivered, but they didn't get a signature like I asked. They said it was delivered to someone who wasn't at work that day. It was over $2k and I don't have it. They called me and cussed me out and demanded payment. They have a lot of stuff on their website that they say is new and available, but I don't think it's true. They have a thing called a *olyon environmental chamber that they say is new and costs $6.4k, but I called *olyon and they said SPW isn't a distributor and they don't have any of those things. SPW is a scam and they have bad reviews. They can send me an invoice but I'm not paying until I get my thing.

We paid for $540 new pressure regulator. They sent us a $185 refurbished pressure regulator. The difference was clear from pictures of each on their website. We were in an equipment down situation so had to use the refurbished one, and asked for a refund in the price difference. Wouldn't refund us. Do NOT do business with!

Terrible customer service. My order was supposed to be NEW, unused stock, but some of the parts were pitted, rusted and unacceptable. I sent photos of the parts and the customer service rep argued back and forth with me about the product description, which clearly said NEW on their website. When I was finally provided an RMA and returned the items I was charged a restocking fee of over $300. Purchase at your own risk.

this website is a scam. they took my money and now i can't get in touch with them about my order. i tried calling, chatting on their website, and emailing but no response. my bank said it's a fraud. be careful!

I bought a main breaker from SPW Industrial on 6/12/2022. The website said it was in stock and would usually ship in *** hours. But when I called to check on the shipment status, the receptionist said it wouldn't ship until Friday. That's 120 hours, not *** hours! The website clearly said it was in stock, so I don't know why it's taking so long. I even paid extra for rush shipping, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. It's really hot here and I need this part for my home. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.
