In 2021 we received an invoice for rental for x24 Argo shield, and x10 acet cylinders.
We did not pay for the x10 off acetylene on this invoice as we do not keep acetylene on our premises, but our JHB offices do.

Since then we have been charged monthly rentals for x1 off acetylene cylinder which I have argues we do not have on our premises.
We have returned ALL AFROX cylinders which was x7 off ARGOSHIELD and x1 off Oxygen.
I have sent plenty of emails to your channels and I am not getting anywhere with this.

On 13.05.2019 gas was supplied to someone else incorrectly on our account(mind you this is the third such incident in about 4/5 years), we finalluy managed to get the gas refunded, but since then our rental for bottles have never been right, and no one ever gets back to us to have this issue resolved.
When you phone, you hold on forever, and still no help. Emails, no repsonse, we even stopped payments in the hope that they will phone us, still nothing. This happened on a previous occasion, and we struggled for months to resolve it. And a time before that, they forced us to pay to have bottles written off from our account.
The Afrox that we get our cylinders from very often have issues, not able to print delivery notes etc. The service in Afrox overall is USELESS...
We are now being charged for rental of 8 cylinders, whilst we have two? How on earth?
I am FED-UP, they screw up, everytime, and the client gets to be blamed and struggle. We depend on the gas they provide, and are forced to use their service, but this pathetic service is unacceptable. I searched the web, and found many, many people battling the same issues with them.
We want this resolved, the bottles removed from our account, and the incorrect rentals credited.
PLEASE, PLEASE HELP US GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED.

We have an account with Afrox; this account is in a total shambles due to the incompetence of their staff. We have been unable to resolve various account issues and are pushed from one person to the next. This problem has been going on for more than a year. We received a credit for R7 000 for incorrect billing. After presuming that this had finally been resolved we are starting to receive accounts for same thing that was supposed to have been resolved. The worst thing about this is that we are the ones that have to try and resolve these issues. Nobody from Afrox is willing to sort this out, they make it our problem!
