We have an Accidental Death Ins. Policy and 2 additional accident riders with Mutual of Omaha on my brother. He passed away on March 14, 2024. Your company will not pay our claims where he fell in his home and died. You have used every excuse not to pay our claims, even tried to convince us that he only had an Accidental Heath Policy. Now you’re saying his claim is under review again. It has almost been a year, you’re obviously stalling until the statute of limitations runs out.

After my attorney wrote Mutual of Omaha a Demand Letter my claim was reviewed for a 3rd time. It has been over a year since I filed my claim. They have agreed to pay my original claim amount but the attorney will get a percentage of that money. I feel that Mutual of Omaha should have to pay all attorneys fees.
