I paid my Dstv bill on Sunday August 31, 2025 as scheduled at Cape Gate Pep store 13:52, but on Monday September 1, 2025 my account was disconnected as per your email which I received on the same Monday. I called your customer service department and the lady that assisted me reconnected my account. Despite my initial expectations and previous positive experience with your company, this incident left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and quality provided.
The issue is that my account have been disconnected from your service again since Friday September 5, 2025. I called yesterday for the second time about the same issue and spoke with a gentleman named Zakele who said that the system showed that I did not pay my account and had to pay an amount of R329, 90 to reconnect my account. He also said that if Dstv find that I have paid the R263.07 on August 31, 2025 after I have paid the R329,90, only than will Dstv reimburse the amount of R263.07. I have attached all the necessary documents such as proof of payments, emails and phone call logs. I believe as a value customer, I deserve better treatment and a swift resolution to this matter.
Recommendation: Make sure you keep all your proof of payment receipts.
