Good day, please address this with your call centre agent Olwethu. She called me this morning regarding the DSTV internet. She sounded as if she doesn't want to talk at all today, but I respected her and listened to her. Unfortunately, she was selling something that I have from DSTV internet. As soon as I said I do have the product she cut the call. Please practice customer service in a professional manner no need to cut that call instead she should have said thank you and told me something else or conclude the call in a professional manner. Going forward I will not answer any DSTV calls.
