As I have my own, called the call center who informed me that i have to cancel the insurance that you decided I should have. I have never signed sent or other requesting this insurance, but I must cancel something that i did not agree to. I pay every month and today i'm disconnected for arrears re insurance charges. Never get a statement get notification to pay before the 26th of every month but does mention insurance. Which means that this is illegal that your staff believe they have a right to add the insurance. Please deduct all insurance from my account or I will lay a charge of theft.
