Mid September 2025 I called multichoice telling them I no longer which to subscribe and would like them to stop my annual debit order of R12k which was due on 1 October 2025. Details were taken and recorded by the call centre. Unfortunately the full debit order was taken on 1 October 2025 and I have since had no luck trying to get my payment back. I have complied with their request for my ID and 3 months bank statements {for one annual debit order!} crazy is all I can say. I have called many many times and have spoken to approximately 20 staff members who are clueless and non committal to help at all. I am beyond frustrated with the utter lack of customer service and non willingness to process my refund. Even a manager their called Sema cannot even call me back unless I once again complain. I am so disappointed in a company the size of multichoice/DSTV who is not able to do their jobs efficiently. It honestly feels like my money has been stolen. And absolutely no cares at all to assist me. What a disgrace and shame.
