The third problem in 6 months that I experienced,. My catchup did not work for more than a year and 6 months I asked for help on facebook, Agent kept me on whatsapp from 9h00 until 17h00. Now he is harassing me and stalking me. How do I report this I have the numbers and the messages exported to my email. Now one of my decoders is blocked and shows an error 16, Two days on chat service and nobody solved the problem. Account is paid and I am paying to much for years.
