I have recieved my router in Jan 2026 and it was returned due to network access failure within 7 days to date I'm still billed for the router I don't have cos I'm told it's active. Please cancel and track that router and compensate me from Jan to date. Your courier men stole it and now I'm paying for them. I have called many times and always told them matter is escalated but no one is calling me. ref number is 14358526.
