on the 11 february 2025 my home was destructed by heavy storm and tv set,dstv affected by this storm i reported the matter with dstv for insurance purpose all other companies replaced items only dstv ignored my plea
dstv is now over billing my accounts including the period decorder and items not working at all
eg.dstv is billed twice duplicate
Claimed loss: damaged items includes decorder and tv tv was replaced by responsible company dstv ignored replacement
Desired outcome: replacements of damaged itemsproper billing of my accounts ,rectify my accounts as soon as possible
