MSC Cruises review: MSC Seascape Galveston, NOT enforcing it's zero beverage carryon policies in Ports of Call

I'm asking MSC to stand by their policy of no outside alcohol or beverages allowed to brought onboard by people sailing on MSC Seascape out of Galveston, TX.
Many posters have been claiming to buy alcohol in ports of call and openly bringing it onboard. As well they do not have to hand it over until end of cruise. They claim security tells them they can consume the alcohol, just not to bring the bottle outside of the cabin with them.
Many posters are claiming that MSC is openly allowing cruisers to bring Soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages by the bottle & case onboard. No stopping, no smuggling required.
Many persons on the MSC Seascape Galveston, Face Book page are encouraging others to carry on beverages as they have.
I'm asking MSC to put a stop to this or to refund all passengers the cost of their payments on beverage packages.
At the least, refund all beverage packages to paying customers If MSC is not willing to enforce their own rules and regulations, why should we as honest cruisers be held to any of them?
The USA has anti discriminatory laws in place.
