On Friday, 2/06/26, we were told that for our Atlantis Aquaventure excursion we were to meet on the dock at 0815. The shuttle bus was 45 minutes late. We paid MSC $695 for me, my wife and two grandsons (13 and 11). The driver said he would pick our group up at 4:30 p.m. We told the excursion personnel that the ship would depart at 2:30, so they changed their story to 1:30, which we thought was too close to ship departure to no avail. The excursion was terrible, with most of the attractions closed. We returned early to catch the bus, but it did not show up by 1:50. We had to pay $30 for a cab and beat departure by 20 minutes. I complained to on board excursion desk who promised I would hear of a resolution by that evening. Never heard anymore before disembarking the next morning.

Claimed loss: $695 for inadequate excursion and time lost standing around for hours. Also $30 for cab fare.

Desired outcome: Recompense for time and expense.
