On 11/29/2025, I departed MSC World America. I left (3) $100 bills in an MSC envelope on the credenza, next to the phone, on top of the notepad. The money was found by the Butler Marco & Jr Butler Dewa. They turned it into the Yacht Club concierge William Singleton who documented the find and filed a found report with MSC. I emailed, mailed and called, but received responses stating the money was not found, even though it was. They now deleted my lost and found request.

Claimed loss: (3) $100 bills

Desired outcome: reimbursement of $300 that was found on 11/29/2025, World America YC cabin 20002.
