MSC Cruises review: Food availability for vegetarians on MSC Seashore

Hope you are doing good . We family of 4 members have boarded the cruise MSC Seashore on 24 th May 2026 and are still on the ongoing journey for a family vacation . With to our surprise when we booked the cruise thru your official travel partner from India Sharaf travels we were assured there would be no issues on board with regards to meals as we are pure vegetarians and non-alcoholics .

Since the day we have boarded the cruise for a vacation , we are not getting options for vegetarian meals and most of the times we are going without food. As to why there are no options given for vegetarians on board like other guests who have tremendous options in non-veg meals and also in breakfast and dinner ?

On the day we boarded good options very few but were available in buffet lunch. Same day in dinner on 24 may 2026 when we asked the crew and chef said on day 1 we cannot prepare vegetarian options for food but will do something from day 2 onwards .. Please let us know then why are we charged for day 1 and no prior information on the same is provided to the vegetarian guests prior boarding and on booking ? Is it that MSC as a group does not want guests to be vegetarians or Specifically Indians ? Inspite of speaking to crew , chefs on board there are no much options made available for us . Attaching herewith images of dinners served with options given in fine dining restaurants . Dinner menu is given same in fine dine restaurants as what was provided in the lunch same day morning in buffet restaurant with small twist. How is this acceptable ? and what a way to treat vegetarians on board ?

looking for a justifiable reply and prompt action from your end. also please let me know as to why we should not be compensated for such a horrible service from your team and not serving meals as per requirements and our rights. its a shame and disaster that we booked MSC and our holidays are ruined .
