MSC charges an hotel charge of $30. 00 per cabin over and above the cruise price. This is clearly stated in their fine print. But they over charged us an extra night. We boarded on Friday at Noon and Disembarked the following Friday at 8am. That is 7 nights NOT 8 like they charged us for. Yes that is 8 days but only 7 nights which is the way all Hotel/Motels charge. For example is you check in Thursday at 4 pm and check out Friday at 11am you are only charged for ONE night not two like MSC does. So MSC is double dipping by charging both guests (coming onboard & leaving) for the same day.

Claimed loss: $30.00

Desired outcome: Refund of extra hotel charge.
